      AmeriFinancial Solutions, LLC is ruthless, they violate HIPPA all the time, those idiots sent me a collection letter in the amount of $938.00 with all my personal and medical information, I asked them to validate the debt, they sent me my hospital bill showing my medical record number, my diagnosis, and my consent letter that declared my medical history could only be seen by my PCP. This is a huge HIPPA violation, they should have never gotten all my information, I hate AmeriFinancial Solutions, LLC, unfortunately they are licensed in different states to collect debt that they only paid pennies on the dollar for.

      I have a bill on my credit for this company. However, I never received any bills in the past but wanted this off my credit. The representative I spoke with gave me a discount on the price and assured me that this would show on my credit in about three weeks. I called back a few days ago to see when this would reflect on my credit. I was told that they do not report it to your credit, and some representative will just tell you this to get you to pay it. I can't get an actual answer for them on if this will reflect on my credit or not.

      They have placed medical collection accounts on my report that they refuse to remove. I contacted them multiple times in order to obtain proof of the debt which I have not received. They have not provided a copy of full payment history from the original creditor, original contract signature agreeing to the contract/debt, Proof they now own the debt, or name and address of the original creditor. Therefore, I can only assume this is fraudulent.
