      We are unable to locate an account for the consumer. Is it possible for the consumer to provide an account number or attach a copy of the tradeline as it appears on the consumers credit.       I recently reciew a copy of my credit report and notice i had fraudulent accounts on my credit report, please remove these accounts from my report,they are hurting my ability to obtain credit.

      To Whom It May Concern,

      I am in receipt of your letter claiming that I owe your company for a debt. Be advised this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act,15 USC 1692g stating your claim is disputed and validation is requested.
      I have to date received no proof that I owe your company any debt and I am requesting that you forward to me full and proper documentation(original alleged contract bearing my signature) as evidence of this alleged debt. If you are unable to provide me with the proper proof then you must stop attempting to collect this alleged debt and remove it immediately from my consumer report. 
      If you continue to claim I owe a alleged debt that you cannot confirm with proof(original alleged contract bearing my signature) then you will be in direct Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and Defamation of Character.

      You have committed the following FDCPA Violations:

      806.  Harassment or abuse
      807.  False or misleading representations
      808.  Unfair practices
      809.  Validation of debts

      You have thirty (30) days from receipt of this notice to respond, during which time all collection activity must cease and desist. Failure to respond in writing, hand-signed, and in a timely manner, will be considered a waiver to any and all of your claims in this matter, and will entitle me to presume you placed this on my consumer report(s) in error and that this matter is permanently closed. Provide the proof, or remove this alleged debt from all sources to which you have reported it.
      Please forward your documentation to me upon receipt of this certified letter. Please note that proper documentation is NOT a print out or bill from you but rather actual proof of the alleged debts existence (original alleged contract bearing my signature). 

      Lastly, please evidence your authorization under 15 USC 1692(e) and 15 USC 1692(f) in this alleged matter.

They did not provide me with the original contract requested. I would like a correction to my credit report and demand this collection account(s) to be removed from my credit report immediately.

      AmeriFinancial Solutions is continually pursuing a debt the I have provided proof of coverage for and my insurance has already accepted responsibility for. My insurance called me and told me they spoke to AFS and provided proof as well. They have not sent my letter of deletion which is impeding the close of the sale of my home tomorrow morning. I have continually contacted AFS for this to be resolved only to be told that it will be a few more days until their back office can change the account status. I have asked to speak to **** the manager and I was told that he likely will not reach back out until Thursday. Today is Tuesday. I need an immediate resolution.

      In 2023 I wen to a medical appointment that I paid in cash and then after a couple of months I then received a bill collection from amerifinacial solutions of $938 which then I disputed and it was taken off my credit report and closed , but recently it came back on my credit report again the same amount of $938 I 100 percent know that this was paid off and that this is causing me mental distress of having to redo this all over again, this messed up my credit score right before I was supposed to start working on an application for a home I am trying to purchase.
