I bought a game from ******** about a month ago. It was The Elders Scrolls 5: Skyrim for the ******** Switch. I can't believe ZeniMax Media or Bethesda would allow for this game to be released on the ******** Switch with all the glitches and problems it has. I have reached out to Gamestop for a refund. It was denied. I reached out to Bethesda directly and it was denied. Where has good customer service gone?

Dishonest and predatory practices. After buying premium items they then will not let you spend your newly purchased currency.

I give them real money in fallout76 game and they give me items that do not work. I ask for some compensation and they said no. So I gave Bethesda money for free and they didn't give me anything in return. This should be illegal. When did stealing from customers become ok?

Recently was perma-banned after being a loyal ESO+ subscriber for 9 years. Zenimax support legit yelled at me over the phone within the very first minute of the call, refused to let me tell them how I've been harassed in-game by another user for 8 months before reaching a breaking point, and only unbanned my account with a final warning if I agreed to also allow them to unban my aggressor. ******** company, egotistical employees with zero human compassion or empathy for a longtime loyal and paying customer. On top of that, their solution is that I am required to drop any activity finder group I end up in if my aggressor is also queued into the same group, which gives me an "abandoner penalty" and effectively blocks access to the content I am paying a subscription to play... Oh, and so are any friends queued with me! What a joke.

I got permanently banned from The Elder Scrolls Online, and got no help from ZOS support. I explained my situation to them, trying to rectify my ban. Long story short, my brother got me banned for scamming, and *** told me to play on another account. They would rather make me pay for everything again, and make me play the game through again, than simply give me the account back. I had DLCS, Collectors editions, the earthtear cavern player home that also had ***************, accompanied by a couple of my immortalized pets. I had 9 characters, and 5 lvl 50 characters. So no Im not going to replay their game so they can scam me out of more money. Its ridiculous how much they wont care for their game/playerbase as much as whats in their players wallets. So Im going to call it all out here. They rely on predatory businesses practices such as: Fear of missing out (Deals and sales deception for crowns. Limited time gear fan bait from past elder scrolls games )Overpriced store items (Pretty much everything, except some dlcs. Player homes, mounts, gear, especially crafting styles are way overpriced)Paywalls for essential quality of life features (extra character slots or crafting bag access, are locked behind either a subscription or Crown purchase)Time limited reskins and recolors (Reused assets)And last but most certainly not least, gambling through overpriced loot boxes They push all these in your face as soon as you get into the game, its ridiculous.Zenimax should be ashamed, they let their corporate greed get in the way of making and maintaining a good game. Its a shame it took me to get banned to realize how bad it all got. Moral of the story? Save your time and money, and dont waste it on ESO.

Cannot access mods or dlc purchases since the game will not load.Known & repetitive issue with development team.Experiencing severe emotional distress from routine treatment interrupted.I cannot eat or sleep; no interests in cooking or cleaning; anything outside of sleep.May need to visit doctor or counselor again; limited healthcare options leaves conditions untreated with vigorous testing.Returned PS5 simply because I could not access any mods downloaded for Fallout 4 game; bought a new Xbox the next ********* I cannot play Fallout 4 at all.Had similar problems with Skyrim game; same development team sadlyAmateur ******************* ruin gaming franchise; interested in furthering my education to take their job for less money.Learning code to enforce change if none are made

Regarding Bethesda Softworks LLC, and Elder Scrolls Online. This company along with the game Elder Scrolls Online is a very dishonest organization, they employ an extremely heavy-handed censorship approach to their game and forums. If they don't like your feedback on their game, they will Ban your account with claims that you are violating their terms and conditions. In my case, they lied saying This account violated the Code of Conduct by Discussing Disciplinary Actions. Simply stating the truth, they banned me from the forums twice before for talking about certain topics and there was no discussion at all about their disciplinary censorship practices other than stating it happened to me. This is the equivalent of what many social platforms were doing at the start of COVID-19, censor what does not support the narrative the company wants and leave up anything that supports it. You can also find some ******* videos where content creators have stopped making videos about ESO for their censorship practices.Next, this company also practices a sort of bait and switch with purchased content where new in-game items will perform very well or outshine older content so it will encourage people to buy it, then when new content is on the horizon they will claim to make game balancing adjustments where they turn what you paid for into garbage (my opinion) just so you will then be inclined to purchase the new stuff but if you read the in-game chat this is a very common thought about new content being released.Last is the amount of cheating going on in this game, they do nothing to counter it, and the only effort they put into cheating is through censorship about it. you are not allowed to talk about it unless you take the stance it's not happening, and they are happy to leave those posts alone.Overall, it is my opinion this company is very shady at best. Year after year the game has become more broken where past content is very buggy or may not work.

If this is true then this puts a dark cloud over the whole "pronoun" affair. there's no way to tell.
I don't care what side of the "pronoun" issue you are. i'm not fond of them. but a civil rights violation and nasty corporate politics are not good.
this could be a lie. but the managers over Arkane studios have been opressive before that saying the world would be better with out white men. reports confirming. . and little has been done.

Paid for a year of eso+, played almost 6 months. Sunday I purchased some crafting materials from someone advertising in zone chat, and the next time I log in I am banned.
Cant get a refund on my remaining 6 months and no email or warning of any sort. This company uses pedo symbolism quite often in "artwork" throughout the game. Dont waste your money, this company is trash.

I spent $160 on Atoms (in-game currency) before being deployed. Upon returning to the states with a disability and unable to leave home for a long period I took up Fallout 76 again.
After making a joke that liberals can't code because Bethesda hard codes controls so as lefties can't play the game most of my purchases assets were deleted. After contacting Bethefta I even offered to pay for them again to be returned but was only met with the truth about Bethefta, that they want to feel powerful and enslave their customers. I spend months creating a build with these assets only to be told I will never get them back, and they will not allow me to even buy them again because they hire woke cancel culture terrorists.
I urge everyone to boycott Bethefts immediately. Thank you.
