    MarketPro Homebuyers is one of many companies that send me unsolicited texts acting as if they know me and inquire about buying my home, listing my home address. To top it off, they give me the option to opt out of a predatory practice that I NEVER opted in for. I do not have a cell phone for the convenience of these companies to cold call/text me about services I do not want or need.

    Hi received a text message from *** with MarketPro Homebuyers of Rockville offering to buy my home. How did they get my phone number? And who gave them permission to solicit me on my personal phone? I DO NOT appreciate be solicited by ANYONE, much less on my personal phone. I demand that they remove me from ALL of their lists (mail, phone, etc.) IMMEDIATELY. I will file suit for harassment with the District Attorney the next time I receive ANY type of solicitation from these people.

    This company solicits cellular phones with no regard to the DNC list or The Consumer Protection Act. I have, on multiple occasions, received text messages from them soliciting me , the most recent attached. My number has been on the DNC since 2006 (16 YEARS!!!!- attached also) and is an unlisted cell phone number. As such, I should UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES be receiving ANY solicitations from them.

    I am continually getting nuisance spam texts to my business phone (number provided above) from "***" offering to buy my house, which I am NOT selling. I have not given this company my number directly, and have not authorized them to send me texts. I have reported this to the *** and my mobile phone service provider. I have also blocked the number, but they continue to send spam texts from a new number. I want this to stop.Dates and numbers:May 4, 2022 - ************ June 15, 2022 - ************ July 12, 2022 - ************ July 21, 2022 - ************ Aug 5, 2022 - ************ Today's message: Wonderful Day! I'm *** of MPH Rockville. I would like to give you a fair & no obligation proposal for your home....etc.I tried calling the office to complain/tell them to stop but no one answered. I tried their chat function but no one answered.This is beyond frustrating and taking time away from me at the office. My next step may be to tell my company to pursue them legally.

    *****, very sorry that we are contacting you when you are not interested in selling your home.  We also apologize that your attempts to be removed by calling our office did not prevail either.  We completely understand your frustration and certainly this is not the outcome we would like either.  Our company goes to great lengths to make it easy for people to be removed from our communications.  Unfortunately, it does not seem that you had success, nor an easy time being removed. We will review our systems to make sure that in the future, others in your position, will have an easier time requesting removal. Again, we apologize for causing you frustration and I have submitted your information to our marketing department for immediate removal.     I have asked MarketPro Homebuyers repeatedly to stop soliciting me for several months. I have opted out countless times by going to their website, https:/www.marketprohomebuyers.com/mailing-opt-out/ and opting out, but I keep getting mailings and/or texts. I want this company to cease and desist from contacting me forever! I want this company to permanently remove my name, address, and telephone number from their servers, mailing lists, etc. And I would like an apology from them for not stopping harassing me with their solicitations.

    Why don’t these people take NO for and answer. STOP SENDING LETTERS, STOP TEXTING/CALLING ME. I am not selling my home, I’m living in it and if I was, I would never sell it to you guys. No more communication at all! Thank you.
