I have just had the best experience working with MarketPro. This company has an exceptional business model. They are highly professional...well organized..AND..tender hearted. Kudos to Stacey who handled my initial call, to Ray who presented the generous offer, to Clarice who held my hand through the entire process and gave me so much peace of mind. Having enough Junk Mail filling my Mailbox to heat the House, I finally Contacted MarketPro (among other of these types of Buyers) to get out of Old House and Mortgage. MarketPro was Unprofessional, Rude, and Treated me like I was Stupid. Rep told me the Prices were at an All-Time Low, when they are High(per News, Realtor, and Online sources, plus tracking the value over the last few years), and Laughed at me when I told her What it Lists at! She asked me Where I got "That Idea" from, and I named Zillow, Realtor.com, and ePropertywatch.com, all of which Agreed with a Realtor I had review the house; at that point, she Hung-up on me! She called back(realizing she can't do Any Business off the phone!), and wanted to Start Over. Offering such "Generous" payment, however, wouldn't Talk about anything without Barraging me with questions about MY Mortgage and What I wanted Minimum(Why, if they are Honest as to its Value?).
She made an Appointment for the Next Day.
2.5 hr. before the Appointment(minutes before I was to Leave for there), she calls and Cancels. They couldn't even Offer over 90k(Lowest value I saw in Years was 78k) on a 195k(est.) house! This was Without looking at it, which I assume would Lower it from There! Were there Factors like the Average Pricing for the area, or my Mortgage balance, she could have Asked/Researched it when we were on the Phone(but her tactics were Transparent to me!). The 2 Other similar businesses I saw that day: Both offered More, 1 of which I may accept. Both had a Low Opinion of MarketPro, yet similar Benefits(repairs, closing costs, clean-out, etc.)
Predatory and Willing to Belittle any opinion Contrary to their Business model is not a business worthwhile to transact business with!MarketPro Homebuyers

Thank you for taking the time to explain what occurred on the initial call with one of our representatives. We take our contracts and obligations to the contract very seriously. We want to make sure that our budget leaves enough room for renovating and reselling the property. Another important factor asked on all RE transactions is what the amount of the mortgage is owed on the home. If we ratify a contract but then later can't close due to the home not having any equity (mortgage due is higher than the purchase price) then no one is best served in this situation. I know that it may be frustrating when you believe from other sources that your home is valued at X and yet receive a different offer valued at less than expected. As you may know, the value of the home is often established based on neighborhood comps from previous sales of similar homes within a surrounding area. Naturally, the state of the economy (material costs; ability to sell after renovation with fewer carrying costs, etc,) is also factored into our equation as well. I apologize that we were not a good fit. I think we were hoping to set an appointment to better view the property and work out a potential offer. However, I think it became clear that we were too far apart, and the numbers simply didn't work. We respect and value your time and didn't want to expend anyone's time needlessly thereby canceled the appointment. We apologize for any communication that was less than respectful. We enjoy an outstanding reputation in part, due to our respect and kind support offered to our clients and potential clients--that being you. We value you as a potential client and apologize once again that we could not make the numbers work between us. Wonderful experience! Selling my mom's home was very emotional for us. However, Market Pro was great. They came right out and offered an extremely fair deal. 5 starsI highly recommend Market Pro is the way to sell your home. Everyone was professional, courtesy, and very helpful through out the entire process. Their team were completely understanding to the entire process, and very willing to go the extra step to make the transaction go smoothly. To be honest, I had several brokers contacting me on the sale of my property, I read the reviews and made the right choice with Market Pro.

Excellent service, Selling a home is big deal. Doubts and everything that goes with it. Market Pro was amazing. Everything they said was true, no hidden trap doors. I was kept informed all the way to settlement. It was a fair deal, that pleased me so much. Both parties won. If your home is not spectacular and you are moving to another location. MarketPros were highly recommended to me by a friend, who had sold her house to them the year before. They were very professional, efficient, courteous and patient. They were always available if I had a concern. They respond promptly, via email, phone or text if I were unable to reach them. They were very accommodating. I owned my home for 40 years. I had some “friends” renting my house who refused to vacate, and that held up my sale. MarketPros were able to extend our agreement until I got the people out. I compliment them on their patience, understanding, efficiency and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in selling their property. They are NUMBER ONE with me, and I believe they are number one in my area! I had several offers, but I chose MarketPros! Also, The friend who referred me gets a $500 referral fee. Don't waste your time. MarketPro people are vultures trying to prey on distressed homeowners. All those 5 stars reviews must be fake..
My property is is good condition, mortgage payment is current and I'm within striking range of paying it off. I have a tenant there and I've consistently made a $8k-$12k profit every year on it for the past 9 years - No exception. They recently started sending me UNSOLLICITED CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES.. I counted 31 calls on my new device but there were more on my previous phone. And they send a text message after each missed call.
- Comps suggest it's worth $395k to $425k.
- MarketPro offered me $275k.

The customer reviews are verified by the BBB prior to allowing them to appear on the display. As it relates to your complaint, \we provide a ballpark estimate prior to previewing the home. The price offered may come in below the comps however, when you consider that we pay all closings costs including transfer and recordation taxes, and that there are no agent commissions and our homeowners don't need to make any costly repairs nor have an inspection, and you don't need to clean out the home, and we can close on your time frame-- the savings and "redtape" associated with selling, bring us almost toe to toe with selling it on the MLS. There are many ways to sell your home. We may not be a good fit for your home but others obviously appreciate working with our homebuying service. It is a far stretch to say that we are "vultures" simply because our company was not the right fit for your home. You are welcome to try us again after waiting months to sell your home; then you might feel differently and perhaps you might be placing a value on your home too high for today's marketplace.
