    There was some confusion at first due to their staffing around the Christmas holidays, and due to a similar named address to ours, but in the end, the transaction went as expected. We believe we received a fair offer for our property given its age and lack of upgrades over the years. Ultimately, the agent/contractor who purchased our property from MarketPro was the best. He was very respectful of our selling situation, and provided flexibility for us to vacate the property. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with him during the transaction. The deciding factor why we decided on MarketPro was the ability for us to vacate the property and leave it as-is. Similar companies, like OfferPad and Opendoor, assessed a fee to dispose of unwanted items left in the house; MarketPro does not. Overall, it was a hassle-free and painless process selling our property.

    Amazing! I needed to sell my deceased parents home because nobody in the family needed it. I wanted to sell it as quickly as possible. I was skeptical about using one of the cash for your home because of the horror stories you hear but since this company has been in business for over 10 years I figured they were safe. And they were! Everything went smoothly and I had absolutely zero issues. I would not hesitate to use them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to sell a home for cash.

    Dont rely on the BBB A+ rating or the favorable reviews here.If MarketPro finds that it cant resell your property for a big enough profit after you have signed the contract, they will do everything they can to weasel out of it.There are things you can do to make it harder for MarketPro to go back on the deal that you thought you had:1. Dont agree to any contract that has a study period. MarketPro will use that to say that they can cancel at any time during the study period for any reason. They have already inspected the property and are buying is as is so why do they need further study? If they have questions, they should get them answered BEFORE they make their offer.2. Strike the default provision that talks about what you can do if MarketPro breaches the contract. MarketPro said that the one in my contract was an exculpatory clause that ONLY allows me to terminate the contract if it backs out of the agreement.3. Insist that the ******* money be substantial, since this is what you should get if MarketPro doesnt close the deal. If MarketPro doesnt plan on backing out, they shouldnt object to a high ******* money deposit, say at least 10 percent of the sale price.4. Make MarketPro tell you anything beyond simply conveying the property that would allow cancelling the contract. In my case, it was a disclosure document the MarketPro never asked for and then when I didnt provide it, said that warranted terminating the contract.If MarketPro is going to be honest with you, they should have no objections to any of those. If it wont do that before you sign the contract, dont count on MarketPro to deal fairly with you after it decides before closing that it doesnt want buy your house after all. Do what you can before agreeing to make it hard for them to back out.Having dealt with MarketPro, I give them one star only because thats the lowest grade. The BBB should be ashamed giving them an A+ rating.

    Warning!! Do not use this company! We had ******* come out and give us a quote for my mom's house. He took pictures and wrote up a contract. We agreed in Jan. 2024. We set to close April 30th. In the meantime, they sent people out who took more pictures a week later. Then we never heard from them. I called numerous times to make sure everything was ok. I even called prior to purchasing a mobile home for my mom so she could start moving out. Thinking I would get my money back after the sale. They said everything was fine. Fours days before closing they sent someone out for a "final walkthrough" is what we were told. Then two days before closing they pulled out of contract. They said they didn't know about the oak tree in front of the house. LIES!! You can't miss the tree. They are not a nice company and blamed us for their mistake. Run! Don't fall for the "as-is" claim. It is too good to be true.
