ROTTEN SERVICE.
I received an unsolicited letter requesting to buy a property. I have no knowledge of this property, however there is a possibility that the property had been owned by one or more deceased relatives. The letter referred to a property by address, but the address lacked city/state/zip info, without which I cannot research the property on my own. I called the number included in this letter hoping to get the missing address info.
I had the misfortune of being 'helped' by someone who treated me in a RUSHED MANNER. She at one point told me it was ABOVE HER PAYGRADE TO RESEARCH THE MISSING ADDRESS INFO.
This company's 4-star rating posted to this website mystifies me.
addendum.....I made a second call to the number posted on this BBB website. This person was more patient and pleasant to deal with. HOWEVER, this second person told me that the letter I received was just a marketing strategy. This strikes me as a DISHONEST means of conducting business.
Anyone reading this review is cautioned to THINK TWICE before dealing with this company.

Shocking. Unbelievable. I didn't believe it was possible to have such a pleasant and rewarding experience selling my home AS IS, but the folks at Market Pro made it possible, and they did it "in Spades"
Frankly, they over delivered. Everything they promised, they delivered, and they did so with wonderful people who went out of their way to accomidate all of my priorities from start to finish...on my schedule.
I give my thanks to the entire team, and I reccomend Market Pro without reservations to anyone even just considering selling therir home "as is".MarketPro Homebuyers

1 starJust dealt with MarketPro company. They are so disgusting. The offer's they make are not even high enough to pay off your mortgage if you have one. They don't even try to meet the market value at least of your property, that you want to sell. Their practice is to low ball the offer, thinking that you'd be a sucker to sell. And turn around and make an
exuberant high profit margin, on reselling the property. To me they aren't trying to help the customers that's selling. They're just trying to make fast bucks on your hardship. I would advise to just go the old way route and just try to sell your property on your own. I wouldn't advise anyone to use an outfit like these people. They are a freaking joke to be

I was wondering how things would go having never met the any of the principles in person until I signed the settlement papers with the notary. However I thought everything went smoothly and followed the process as described to me.MarketPro Homebuyers

MarketPro did everything they said they would. The sales process went very smoothly and the company went out of their way to make settlement easy on us. We had moved to our new location before settlement with MarketPro. MarketPro sent a staffer to our new location and he completed settlement there. This saved us a 90 minute drive. The staffers were very helpful in setting up the sale and we received our sales price shortly after settlement.MarketPro Homebuyers
