I feel like I been tricked there was stick feet prints every thing was unplugged 3used needles total 2 fell from 1 lamp shade n the 1 fell from there other side bed lamp shade n that one hit my hand. As I lay down I see my sheets n blanket had bloodstains n blood cloths on them after waiting 3 day for manager to contact me no call. I went in n he told me can't do nothing fuck off n call Choice. said they were sorry and that day would make me a member to give me a free night they gave me 12,000 points told me go back to original place that happened I get there and they say I'm on the do not rent because there was needles found in my room and go to another place through choice to use my points and they end up taking money off my card and tell me that I was a liar I didn't say I wanted to use my points and that's not how they do things supposedly he funded my money I yet have not received that money or the 50 bucks from the quality inn come to find out Choice gave me 12,000 points for the free night $2,000 points does not equivalent to a free night $20,000 points is equipment to the free night so why did Choice only give me half when they said it was giving me a free night why was I sent to a place that they put me on the do not rent list for situation that happened to me and why did they take my money off my card when they supposed when they specifically stated that I used my points for the free night that my points was at 0 and the credits I owe to them was at 0.00 and yeah I was called a liar and told that that's not how they do things and for me to contact choices. I contact choice and ask him why did they only give me the $12,000 instead of the 20 for free night and they said well you're short for $20,000 and 20,000 is worth the free night and we see that we gave you the 12,000 for the free night but that's not enough you need more and in order to get that much more points for your free night you'd have to pay $91 no no no something has to be done.Choice Hotels International

Hello, Christopher. We read your comment thoroughly and are equally frustrated with how your experience turned out. We regret knowing about the issues encountered at one of our locations since they do not represent Choice Hotels' standards. In addition, we're disappointed that the service provided by one of our representatives was not up to par. My team would like to review your case further, so please email us at [email protected] with the hotel's exact address, arrival date, and confirmation number. Also, please include your phone number and home address associated with your Choice Privileges account. We'll be waiting for your email. -ClauReview fromDamon T.

1 starAll talk about customer service but providing absolutely no help with my dispute with MainStay Suites Salt Lake City Fort Union, specifically GM Sandra Cuevas whom I would never would have booked with except for booking through choicehotels.com whom I have trusted and booked with before for several years with no issues. Have had to spend hours filing disputes with bank, BBB, MainStay, Choice Hotels, etc. and now having to go to small claims court. Avoid booking with choicehotels.com as they will not be of any help with any disputes that you may have with the specific location that they recommend.Review fromHolly S

1 starFor the last 10 months I have been attempting to receive a refund for a mis-charged reservation (around $600). While in this process, I also requested a refund for my stay due to appalling conditions in my room. Specifically, the carpet was sticky to walk on, there was visible grime on the walls/ceiling, stains on the floors and only one towel for multiple people to share. When I asked for an additional towel I was told there were none. The doorknob and buttons on the elevator were grimy. I have emailed, called and texted with numerous staff members at the hotel with no resolve to the issues. The current manager has not returned my last three phone calls to attempt resolution. Radisson corporate continues to redirect me back to the specific hotel and has also not stepped in to do the right thing to resolve and refund.Review fromseth c

1 starBooked a room 2 months in advance for a wedding. Between then and now the groom has been hospitalized and the wedding had to be postponed so I called to get a refund and was told that they will not refund any part of my money or even do a voucher for a year to use when the wedding can go on. There is an entire wedding party plus guests that are going to be hustled out of their money by this companyReview fromEric S

1 starI went to a Quality Inn in Memphis East that was completely disgusting. I asked for a refund but was told if I don't stay there they don't refund so I was forced to stay. Head office offered me $100 refund. They said they can only write cheques for within the US and Canadian residents need to take their wire transfer instead. They also told me there are no other fees of any kind. I accepted the wire transfer refund however I have a friend I could have had the cheque sent to in the US. The wire transfer had hidden bank fees which were very ridiculous. A massive $15... I contacted head office and they stopped contacting me after. Very cold and heartless. Especially when they lied and said there were no fees at all.Review fromLeslie D

1 starI was basically scammed out of my money. I was told that this was Country inn Marriott after specifically asking for "Marriott". i was specifically told this was a King *** suite with a jacuzzi. REPEATEDLY TOLD BOTH AFTER REPEATEDLY EXCLUSIVELY REQUESTING BOTH! I get there, and it says Country Inn Radisson NOT COUNTRY INN MARRIOT. I go in and its a ************************/Crank Head haven! I go to the room and its basically a closet that wreaks of foul air with a Full size, not even a queen size *** that wreaks of over chlorinated pool water! This is not an exaggeration! I have lung problems I could not take full breathes anywhere i was at in this hotel outside of the lobby area and it was even bad there. I told the clerk this is not what I reserved! this room is bogus on any level, the whole place is bogus period!. I reserved a jacuzzi room with a king size *** at a Marriot hotel. i googled this and Radisson is not even an affiliate of Marriot! i let the young **** Indian clerk who informed me it was his families hotel listen to my recorded call for this reservation where i specifically asked for these things. He stated that they only received $85.00 out of the $140.00 I was charged and that they would refund it. they are now saying i will not get a refund. I never stepped a foot in their room. IT STUNK!! this was not a Marriot. they don't have a jacuzzi room. I have health issues with my lungs and i could not even breath! They did not refund me my money. This place is on the verge of being demolished. If this is all you can afford and you are stuck in this area because you are a meth or opioid addict then this might be the perfect place for you. if u like better and know better, do not dot their doorstep!horrible experience period!Review fromShannon L

1 starRE: confirmation number 52587518 I booked two nights through Expedia at Quality Suites Pineville Charlotte NC for 2/24 - 2/26 choosing to pay upon checkout. I paid immediately using my debit card through tap to pay and it was immediately debited from my account. I came with my two small children who were beyond excited to swim in the indoor pool. We arrived in an Uber and it was raining out that night An hour or so later the front desk calls to say they haven't been paid. I happily showed them proof of the money they had already taken from me and allowed them to speak to someone from my bank. But I was told I had to pay again or leave. I didn't have the funds to pay double and I was then threatened with the police being called. My children are crying at this point and it was now pouring rain and we didn't have a vehicle there. I needed time to find someone to pick us up and all the while staff is continuing with threats of involving the police, something I didn't want to subject my children to. If I didn't find someone who offered to pick us up and put up the money for another hotel I don't know what we would have done. Furthermore, they STILL have a $251 hold on my money which I cannot access and when I was just on the phone with a Choice Hotel employee he spent the conversation telling me to take my issue to anyone but the ones who have caused this mess. Then had the audacity to hang up on me. If you want your money stolen, to be treated like garbage and kicked out on the street after paying for your room, then by all means, book with them. You cannot imagine the stress this has caused me and I can't even get an apology, let alone my money back.Review fromQiana D

1 starI booked a room at the radisson Cleveland airport for December 16, 2022 to the 18th. I booked a double bedroom with a sofa bed. Once I got checked in and went to the room there was no sofa bed ok so I just settled for the room because they told me they no longer have double beds with a sofa bed in the room (fire hazard). Ok so we go back to the room to get settled in and what do you know IT’S MOLD IN THE BATHROOM!!! So I pack my kids backup and head but to the front desk. The manger Tiffany had the audacity to tell me that’s not mold ( I showed her the pics I took). I asked to be moved she proceeded to tell me they were sold out. So I called booking to cancel my reservation and be moved to another hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel not even for a quick stay to be close to the airport. I’m so disgusted.Review fromLynette H

This is actually in regards to a specific Radisson but I'd really love for the actual owners of the company to know of "**** S" the guy in the wheelchair at this Radisson location: ************************************************************************************* There is obviously some sort of egotistical thing with this guy. He treats customers like s*** and ***** the coos ok them for made up reasons, even the cops he called on me (I'll get to why in a sec) expressed the fact he does this a lot in a very irritated tone. **** had called the cops on me over my legal name change as a transgender man. U had my court paperwork to even prove it was me. He lied saying he cancelled my reservation, false, I was on the phone cancelling it and I have a comformation email to prove it. I fully suspect he does this to scam people out of money. I do not think a person like this should be employed at a hotel, maybe in a factory sorting bolta where he can't just yell at a paying customer. On top of that he claimed my ********************** . com reservation was fake. Not once did he look at any of my documentation. Again with that noted it would be impossible for him to have cancelled my reservation. I am fully considering a discrimination lawsuit.Lynette H
