Pet treats had fungus. Disgusting. Threw away treat then called number on back... she said I could have a refund but yet she could not complete my reimbursement. She could not find my address. Her name was *********. She was very flippant and condescending. If you're going to promise a refund on the product it should be refundable. My wife and I reason was very valid. Either give me another package or give me my money back. It looks like ****** owns this company by the name of moon pet treats.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: the business is lying. I thought this was a natural ethical good for dog food company? I have answered their emails four times and they have not responded. This is not a nice company evidently. And all this over $13? The first ****** by the name of ********* was horrible. And this ****** by the name of ****** is lying because as you can see by my four attachments, I have answered appropriately. Please help me get my $13.49 back.

Mr. ****** was emailed on 04/04/2025; 04/09/2025; 04/10/2025; 04/14/2025; 04/15/2025 (requesting address verification); on 04/16/2025 after receipt of his follow up email, we found that his email did not validate in the system. on 04/17/2025 we contacted Mr ****** thanking him and verified the correct address and informed him the reimbursement check will arrive in the mail to him in 7-10 business days). In addition we found a system error that reverted his email making it not possible to see on our end.
A regrettable situation that has been rectified, certainly not our intent to avoid him as we value our customers and strive to do right by all. If Mr ****** does not receive his reimbursement please have him email me directly at ************************************ so i can personally address.

Be advised that Perdue Foods/Farms failed to resolve this or send payment as they promised in a signed written statement to offset the balance due. Multiple attempts have been made to reach out to Perdue and they have ignored each and every attempt and deliberately and intentionally failed to respond. This is FRAUD and bait and switch by ********* ***** of Perdue.
Written statement from ********* ***** states in part: I will be more than happy to send you a reimbursement check for $20 for the package by which you encountered the bone.
Again my apologies for the quality issue and your consumer experience. We value you and want to make this right!

On May 26, 2024 I reported to Perdue via email (since the website was blocking me) that a piece of bone got wedged between my tooth and gum causing it to bleed while eating their Boneless Chicken Breast. Their ************* Manager responded giving me a number to call, no one answered. I then tried to respond to the ************* Manager, i was blocked from her email address. When the block was lifted, I emailed stating I was experiencing tooth pain and if it continued, I would need to find a dentist after I returned from vacation. The ************* Manager replied that she was sending papers for the dentist to complete via ****. I returned from vacation and found no papers from Perdue nor was there any notification from Informed Delivery that they were being delivered. I reached out again to the Manager stating since the pain was not constant, and given I had other more pressing doctor appointments, and having lost confidence that I would ever be reimbursed by Perdue for dental work or even xrays based on all that had transpired, that I would NOT be looking for a dentist. I requested a gift card to settle the matter.. I then received an email from Perdues Insurance Carrier. I repeated the same to the Insurance Professional who encouraged me to wait as I had two years to file a claim. Today I advised the Claims Professional I have not experienced any further pain so I will not be looking for a dentist and wanted to settle the claim. He responded with a condescending email minimizing my injury and ended with the claim is denied. Why Perdue ever pushed me off to their insurance company when I said I was NOT going to a dentist is beyond me. Perhaps its part of their game to delay, deflect and deny. Disgusting that a company I thought had integrity is completely devoid of morals and responsibility. After 40+ years of being a Perdue Customer, its sad to learn Management couldnt care less about customers, especially those who have been injured by their products.Customer Answer

We attempted to contact Perdue, to no avail.Their chat function does not work.We sent a "text" to their 1800 number, no response.We purchase their frozen chicken nuggets from ****** Warehouse and the past several bags were nearly all bread, minimal chicken, if any. Recently, I reached out to you regarding REF NUMBER # *********A. This was regarding an issue with (3) of your products. The product defect and initial contact occurred over three weeks ago. Since then, I have not heard from you or your organization. My emails have been largely ignored and I have not been able to reach you by phone. I would like my replacement coupons and/or corporate check processed right away. I appreciate your time and I apologize that it has come to this level of escalation. Respectfully
