      I started a lease program with Culligan at my gym for a hardline water fountain not the bottle fed water fountain three years ago. Included in that lease came a promise to have the double water filters changed annually and they would call me to schedule that change to which they did the first year. I have not heard from them in 24 months regarding a filter change even though I have called them repeatedly requesting that filter change to take place. Ive called the one 800 national number twice in the last two months and the Salisbury number at least four times again within the last two months. I have spoken with, and left messages with sales people, front desk, people, and the service department, all whom promised me that they would contact me and schedule up a visit. I have yet to hear from them at this point I'm asking for a free annual lease to which I pay nothing for 12 months and my filters to be changed like promised, that is all and nothing more.

      After review I found that Mr. ****** complaint is legitimate.  We did not do what we promised him.  His filters are being exchanged today, and I am putting him in for a free year's rent of his BFC cooler.  I have called him and sent him 2 emails to confirm this, and asked that he reach out directly to me and my Branch Manager if he should have any future issues.
