      I have tried to be patient, and overall, everyone is polite when I speak with them, but I am at my wit’s end with this situation. I contacted Culligan three months ago, in August. Things started off well—they sent their lead technician out to assess my system. I have a whole-home reverse osmosis (RO) system, which is admittedly complex and one of the reasons I contacted them, as they were the original installers.
      The technician noticed that my system hadn’t been serviced in a long time and needed a new filter. He said I would receive a quote within a couple of days. I spent a week trying to get the estimate and move things along, but there was no follow-up. I had almost given up and was considering looking for another service provider when the General Manager called to follow up. Once I explained that I hadn’t received anything, he provided an estimate, and I agreed to proceed.
      I was told the replacement filter would take less than a week. However, two weeks later, with no update, I started calling again and was informed that it was on back order. When the filter finally arrived, they serviced the unit and replaced it. But less than a week later, the system stopped working again. When I called, the technician came out but was stumped and said he would work on a resolution.
      As of November 13, 2024, there is still no resolution. My entire water system smells like rotten eggs, and I need this resolved, but I can’t get any callbacks from the office. I keep calling and leaving messages, and when I do reach the General Manager or a technician, they tell me they’ll get back to me, but I never hear anything further. I even called yesterday and mentioned that I would be leaving a negative review if I didn’t get a resolution. Meanwhile, I’ve been sent an invoice, yet my system still doesn’t work.
