      This company calls me at least 5 times per day. I don't know how I got on their call list, but this is very disruptive! Please take my number off of your call list immediately!

      The number that was calling me multiple times per day was ID'd as Long Home, but is actually a health care company that is using that phone number, the ID was never changed to reflect the new company that is using that phone number. I worked together with Long Home Products and now the number is not being ID'd with Long Home. Thank you.

      I have been receiving no less than 10 calls a day from Long Home
      I have no idea how they got my number and I need no work done on my house by a company with so very many BBB complaints
      Every time I block a number they call from another.

      I receive numerous phone calls from Long Home each day. Very annoying. I never contacted Long Home and I don't know how they got my phone number.

      I purchased Roof replacement from Long Roof on 01/06/2020. Long Roof put my new roof on, re flashed the skylight in the bathroom. Once Long Roof completed the work. The mortgage company sent an inspector out and examined the roof. I thought all was well and signed off. I contacted Long Roof to get my roof certificate or documentation of roof completion and didn't get a response. The roof I purchased has a 15-year warranty so I felt confident and didn't peruse. My newly installed Long Roof began to leak less than 2 years of final installation. I noticed water damage in the newly remolded master bedroom and bath. I called Long Roof and told them my issue. I was contacted by Timothy H****** who scheduled someone to come to inspect my roof and fix the problem on January 14th 2022. They sent Jose he repaired the roof and sealed the skylight. He took pictures of the interior. He said someone would call to schedule the interior repair. I couldn't verify his repair it looked to me like it was still leaking. I never got a call so I called Long Roof. They made an appointment for someone to come out. I took off work no one showed up. I called Long Roof and the Technician was stuck in Virginia on another project. I called to reschedule they said I missed my previous appointment which wasn't true. After being threatened for a no-show charge which I explained they were the ones who didn't show. I made another appointment and took off again. Long Roof sent another guy who didn't have a ladder that would reach my roof, but he who took pictures. He said someone would call. Again, no call. I called again to schedule a repair. I took off work again they sent Jose who took more interior pictures on 6/23/2022. He said would forward the pictures to the production team. No one called. I called the production team on 8/11/2022 they said someone would contact me. Today is 8/13/2022 and I haven't received any correspondence from Long Roof. I need my Roof and Interior repaired correctly.

      I purchased a shower replacement on 4/28/2022. It was to remove our homes original shower down to the studs, and install new show basin, walls, ceiling piece, fixtures, and custom (80") glass shower doors. The projected timeline was 8-12 weeks from ordering to installation. The shower was installed on 6/27/22. However, the doors were delayed, and were to be installed by another team (**********************************************). My communications were primarily through Long Home. Eventually I was told the glass doors were in and would be installed by Long Home's regular or primary installer (Javier). I even talked to him and was assured he would personally do it, which he did with Carlos and completed the shower door installation on 7/16/22. Initially, from a visual standpoint, the doors and overall product looked great. However, the door installer noted when showing us his work that the right door may need to be nudged shut if it reopens. We had to wait 24 hours to use it, but ever since that first use -- the right door will NOT stay shut. The left door works perfectly. I contacted the installer and asked about the problem. He assured me it was "plumb" and installed properly, but it does NOT stay shut and slides open while showering. Upon closer examination I can see the left side has a metal shim to help its positioning on the track. However, the right has no margin of error, appears to be too high and not able to be lowered, thus the rolling back of the door. I do not know how it can be repaired without compromising the waterproof shower walls. The total purchase price was $16,000. It comes with a transferable lifetime warranty to replace any or all of it. I have reached out to the shower door installer and Long Home (by text and email by which they previously replied) but have not received any responses. I want what we paid for and for the basic function of a shower door to stay shut!

      The 8/20 "inspect and repair" did not go well. I have communicated directly with Long Bath about it. Long Bath production was very responsive that same day and has scheduled for 8/26 a new shower door installer from another company (*************************************) to now inspect and repair. I will wait to see how the 8/26 repair goes before considering any response "acceptable."
      Meanwhile, Long Bath knows that I do not want *** Glass ever again. Attached is a video of the issue (right shower door sliding open) which was taken minutes after the 8/20 visit by the original installer (***) subcontracted via Long Bath. I sent the same video to Long Bath, which will be voiding the warranty with *** and reassigning it to *****. Again, I will wait to see how the repair goes on 8/26 before accepting any response.

      On 8/27, Long Bath sent a new shower door installer ("*********" with ***** ****). John extensively worked that day to disassemble, lower the right bracket by 5/16th, install missing parts and eventually reinstall and tirelessly adjust with our input -- so that the shower glass doors slide even better but most of all -- STAY SHUT! Equally important, Long Bath worked to reschedule the repair at the earliest availability and also voided the warranty with the previous glass company and now our warranty is with ***** *****. Although there are reasons to believe this was all preventable, and Long Bath sent a previous installer with purportedly some similar past poor installation issues -- my wife and I are now satisfied with the product and its installation; again, special thanks to ***** **** & ********, as well as Long Bath for eventually making this right. We also really thank the BBB for help getting Long Bath's attention and resolution.

      We receive multiple (sometimes up to five) calls almost every day from Long Home Products, usually each call from a different number. We have blocked countless numbers yet we still receive multiple calls on a near daily basis. We have never done business with this company nor have we put our number on any list requesting their calls. We are not interested in any services from Long Home Products and will never do business with them. We ask that they stop calling.

      Enough already! 5-6 calls every day, The numbers are added to my call blocker, However they keep calling from a different number each time. This has been going on for more than 2 months!!! I have tried to answer the calls and and can hear talking in the background but I can never "talk" to anyone? I have NEVER contacted this company for any reason. I would like my number removed from their system and all copies of it destroyed so it cannot be sold or transferred for other uses.

      I need a replacement roof. I called Long Roofing Products. A salesman and another representative came to the home. They gave me a sales pitch about their program, their warranty, and quality customer service. They gave me a price. They made many promises. I asked for them in writing. I was told I would be able to read the contract after I digitally signed it ... but trust them. I insisted on seeing the contract. The salesman again pressured me to sign first and review later....after all I was a senior and could cancel the contract within 7 days.
      I insisted on seeing the contract to review before signing. I was told he would email it. I did receive the contract and reviewed it. It lacked many of the promises made orally by the salesman. Additionally it raised 23 questions that were not answered in the contract. I write an email to the salesman with my questions. I didn't get an answer. I called the two phone numbers on his business card. I emailed him. I finally got a received an email response saying I'm working on it and will get back with you shortly. It has been four days with no response. I have reached out to him again with no response.

      I called the company and spoke to customer service department who couldn't help and said they would call back after finding out who the salesman supervisor was. I have not received a return call. I called back with the same lack of action.

      The practices of Long Home and Long Roofing to insist that potential clients sign a contract without benefit of being able to review such contract first, I believe to be inappropriate. The reaction to my concern was the statement you can cancel the contract later. This is a State requirement.

      The company does not return phone calls, or emails that request clarification.
      The company misrepresents themselves.
      Long Roofing does not appear to be in business 75 years as represented by staff. I wonder what the affiliation is with **********. According to ********** executive the two are independently owned and operated. Yet Long Roof advertises the two as one.
