      Though the work we had done was great, they told my husband that all workers would have harnesses, this was not true when they came to do the roof.
      We then initially were going to finance our payment, I did initially ask if we could pay it outright afterwards, they said yes. So, we paid it outright to them. They let almost 2 months go by without notifying the loan company that we paid them in full which affected our credit score for 5 months.

      Met with ***** and ***** last night. Both were very knowledgeable in there product and work. Was going to have another company come tonight but was so impressed with them I ended up cancelling the meeting for tonite and signed with Long Homes. Hope I'm not disappointed. Told me my remolding will start in July.

      I was very happy with ***** ***** presentation of Long Home Showers. I especially liked the quality of the product opposed to the 5 previous Companies that showed me less quality products! I was amazed that a good Company like Long Home was in still business for so many decades in today’s products & business in the US; while most companies sadly are not! I wish only that people could see the quality of a real product like Long Home! I know because I used to work with quality products & the US vendors who supplied it. Thankfully & Sincerely,

      We just met with ***** tonight to talk about converting tub to shower. Very impressed! He was punctual, very transparent about the company, very informative and really listened to what we wanted to do. We are looking forward to our new project!!!

      Not professional - I made an appointment with them and the representative never showed. I did not receive any notification that they were not coming. After waiting I finally called them and was cavalierly told they forgot to call.

      Long home was very professional from start to finish. ***** went above and beyond and explained in detail about my project step by step. Work crew was very professional and clean up was immaculate. I highly recommend for your roofing projects.

      I needed a new shower and look on line . The first company to respond was Long
      Home . They gave me a appointment for the next day . Two gentlemen show up and priced the job. They took measurements of the job . Showed me there product that was going to be used we agreed on a price . Worked with me and my budget ! Very pleased with everything and hired them on the spot .
