      Our experience with Long Home was professional and courteous throughout. The salespeople, ***** and *****, worked with us to select a walk-in shower that was beautiful and met our needs. They also worked with us to fit our financing needs.
      Our installers, **** and ******, were respectful of our property. They made certain our home was kept clean throughout the job. **** even repaired a cracked wall tile that he didn't break. (It had been that way for at least 10 years!) His work was neat and professional. Fixtures work perfectly and our bathroom has a fresh, updated appearance.
      Thank you, Long Home, for sending such an amazing crew to update our shower. It's beautiful.

      Don't walk, run from this company! We had a new shower install (had existing shower) in NH. Everything the salesperson told us was a lie. First time I've ever been scammed. She misrepresented the material telling us that the stone was cheaper than the acrilyc; but the installer told us the opposite, which I had an inkling the salesperson was lying. We had a teak bench but was told they could not use it. If we ordered one from them, it was $2K! they sell online for $125. So we did not get the seat. Not sure we got the stone because it just looks like a cheap plastic surround I could have got at Lowe's. The installers did a good job with what they had to work with, I was told there would be a licensed plumber come during the install but instead one of the installers did the plumbing. They said the base (floor) of the shower was skid proof. When I took the first shower and used shampoo, I was sliding all over the place; glad I had a grab bar installed. Now they said they would come in and paint the base; really!! I was told the warranty covered the caulking but when I receied the warranty paperwork (after the project was done) it said they did not cover the caulk. Don't know how I missed so many red flags
      Bath Fitter is a better choice. We had them at our cottage and after 25 years, it still looks great; and they have replaced the caulk twice for free. Run away from Long Bath!!

      I have not had the install done yet. But so far everything has been seamless. The sales manager who came to my house was very knowledgeable and arrived on time. They go over everything and answer all your questions. I can't wait for the install. My only advice for anyone who wants multiple estimates from companies. To call them last. They will offer a cheaper price if you go with them the day they come to your house. I wish I had known that before.

      I want to Thank ***** Sales Rep, Coordinator ****, Fulfillment Specialist ******, Project Manager **** and the Team *****, ***** and ******** for putting it all together from the first day working with Long Home. Team *****, ***** and ******** were amazing, these guys were so kind and their professionalism was top notch, they worked continuously from when they walked in, they worked, cleaned up and back at it all day, they all worked so well together, the process was nice to watch, I was so happy with everything and it looked amazing. I want to Thank everyone who made my home look so pretty. We are very happy customers and it would be a pleasure to refer, refer and refer. Oh! I also want to mention the Life Time Warranty is a great feeling also. All in All I could go on and on not enough kind words for the Long Home Family. I have to say I feel like family with all of you cause that’s how you made me feel. Call if you need me to talk to any customers and I will kindly do that. again. Thank You and God Bless!

      Using Long for our roofing needs is a great decision. They were thorough with their material options and pricing as well as assisting in connecting us with lenders to assist with financing. The team did an excellent job on site, completing all the work within a day as was expected and were on top of cleaning up after the job was completed. There was solid communication throughout the process with different staff members and the project manager making sure we were pleased with the entire process.

      Just had my roof done by Long Home and must say I’m very satisfied. I want to thank ***** ***** for helping me w my options he was very thorough and went thru every detail w me. I want to thank **** ****** who oversaw the install and kept me in the know. I want to thank the workers who worked all day to get the job done. Job well done. The whole process was done within a couple of weeks. Hats off to Long Home ????

      **** ********* was so informative and professional. He showed me all products that will go on the roof to protect it from water/ice. He told me all the steps that are taken with this job and why things had to be done. I don't have a roof vent now and that will make such a difference in the heat that is upstairs in the summer. The material they use are exceptional. I had gotten two other quotes, and **** had given me the best price for this job. And it was a pleasure to speak to someone without feeling like I was talking to a pushy salesman. He was transparent and the company they get their products has an excellent rating also. I am confident with having Long Home take care of replacing my 30 yr old roof.

      Sales Person Ayden ******* drove 2hrs to my home to meet with us. Listened to us desribe what we were looking for measureed the area to be worked on then provided samples for us look at to make a decision and simulated on his iPad what it would all look like. Very professional and engaging.
