  Only one of the two men who were meant to be sent showed up, and it took him twice as long to complete the task. However, he was excellent and completed the task. They did a pretty decent job of keeping me updated on the whereabouts of my belongings. There was no rush because stuff was going into a storage container, so it didn't really matter to me that they were two or three days behind schedule. Nevertheless, I still have one broken item from when I first unpacked it. However, all in all, I was happy. I would use them again because it was a positive experience.

  In terms of customer service, American Twin Mover was prompt. They were really helpful in answering my initial questions during my investigation. I assisted in paying for my daughter's move, and she had nothing but positive things to say. They were a pleasure to deal with. They had to wait, and the pickup had to take place across the street. They did it even though it wasn't optimal for them. They also had to wait for entrance to the apartment to become available at the drop-off location outside the parking lot, but they managed to do so without any issues. In both situations, I could speak with the driver. They performed well. Everything was completed online with ease using the quote's photos. It was a very simple and accommodating process. I've moved a lot over the years, and each time it was done really well because to the availability of technology, the ability to contact drivers, and the customer service. In summary, it was a positive experience.

  They were incredibly kind and accommodating, and they took great care with every detail. Everything went well throughout the move, and I was especially happy that my piano, which was my main concern, was moved. They are a trustworthy cross-country moving firm, and I heartily recommend them.

  To come fetch this truck, they called a large tow truck. The tow truck said, "You're gonna have to wait until the snow melts before I pull it out of there." My driveway is now obstructed. There's no way out for me. I was lucky enough to have a four-wheel drive Jeep, so I managed to drive across my grass. It was a long way to the road, so I just hope I didn't damage it.
  
  I believe the error occurred when they moved my belongings from this truck to another the next day when they came another truck. When they moved from Ohio to this location, he loaded my belongings onto the same truck. Thus, he loaded and packed it. Days later, he left and picked up some other goods, but when he returned, my stuff was still where he had loaded it. That's probably why nothing was broken and I got everything.

  The fact that the material going up there vanished astounded me because it was important, clearly marked, and contained its own box. The first time, because it had snowed, was almost like a nightmare. The mover arrived and proceeded to reverse into my driveway. They had to leave immediately after, so they began loading everything. It was snowing as I drove up to Ohio with my wife and dog. They loaded everything up and backed into my long, steep driveway. At that point, I realised they were staying put. I went over to speak with them and said, "Hey, I gotta need you guys to pull out of the driveway." It wouldn't start the truck. We therefore had someone come look at it. Though he couldn't fix it there, he claimed it was a starter.

  It took almost three hours to load. At that point, they were just dumping off boxes, and we were telling them where to put them, so the unloading went more quickly. They were spared from unpacking. American Twin Mover employed many individuals at various times. Although the movers who transported me back were not the same as the actual mover, they were both highly competent. I misplaced a few items while climbing. I dropped an amplifier, and a few items were broken. Nothing was lost or harmed on the trip back down.

  I had previously used American Twin Mover for a move, and I had been quite happy with them. I reasoned that it would be better to go with someone I know rather than go cold turkey with someone I don't. I relocated to Ohio this time, from Mississippi. The coordinator for the move was excellent. It was the same person I had. My list of the items I moved up there was already with him. He was therefore aware of my move back. The moving team was excellent. The man was amazing. He was first and foremost a highly professional, meticulous, and conscientious individual who handled the loading and packaging with great care. We were worried about some extremely delicate items I had, however they arrived without any problems.
