  This is a total scam and their reviews are not legitimate. We contracted them to move our belongings to our new home and they left half of our stuff at the old house. They arrived 3 hours late and complained that they were tired at the end of the night and still had a long drive home to MD (then why are they servicing customers in PA?!?). They demanded that we buy them lunch because it was a long day and they needed to eat--who doesn't bring lunch with them. We bought them lunch AND dinner AND tipped (not sure why to be honest) and still was left with items not moved. No refund or discount given for the job not being completed...or the option to have them come back and finish another day. Completely unprofessional all the way around.

  So pleasantly surprised, after stressing after contacting 10 other movers, that they made things so simple. Best price even though not told about wrapping fees but aware through previous bids. My things were handled very professionally by Shelby and Joshua and Noam/Norman delivered as promised.
