      I went to the *****************, ************** location of Sport Honda and dealt with a Mr. ******************** My car was supposedly fixed by them for over $500. However, for the weeks that followed, my car kept having the same exact issues that made me bring the car to them in the first place. I took the car to another Honda ************** and they said that Honda has a policy for that particular issue I was having and that the engine harness should have been replaced entirely, not an attempt to do a quick fix. Needless to say, I had to pay the other service center to do what the one in ************** should have done in the first place. What's worse is that ************ admitted to knowing what would have been considered a "proper fix" but did something else due to time constraints. When I asked for a full refund, they only offered a partial refund, which wasn't even half of what I paid them. This is unacceptable. I go to Honda because I expect reliable service. What they did was anything BUT reliable.
