I would like to know why I am receiving a notice to Quit and Vacate my apartment only for the purpose that the Landlord desires to have again and reposses the premises in which I reside at ********************************************************************************* *****. In other words the Landlord just wants my apartment. I tried to contact me main office of *** Management on ************** all last week from Monday to Friday 06/03/2024 through 06/07/2024. I left several messages and my phone number and asked them to call be me, and they never made any attempt to return my call or contact me. I feel that no one should be treated this way. They should have returned my call just out of common courtesy. I have been a longtime resident of nearly 26 years and I am elderly at 67 years old. I eel like I deserve more humane treatment than being possibly placed on the street with nowhere to go. I asked do they have another Vacancy and was told they have no vacancies. I am now retired and only live on a fixed income. My Apartment is all I have. It will cause a severe hardship if I lose it. My home number is **************. Been living in this apartment complex for at least 4 years now. So why is it everytime I call and ask to speak with the property manager or assistant I never get called back. I have left multiple messages talked to multiple people but yet can’t receive a single call from the property manager or assistant. Every time I always get told oh I will leave a message and let her know it’s important but yet I haven’t received a single call back ever. So y’all are basically saying “**** you and your emergency”. We have been living at ******** ***** for 10 years. My boyfriend is the lease holder. The property disturb the ground in front of our building without placing the necessary bait to control the possible infestations of mice entering through our home, in which they did numerous times. Management sent out their Pet Control who told me that they were they were not going to place any bait outside because it takes away the presence of the look of the property. I was informed by an outside contractor that the mice entering were field mice that carried dust and other potential harmful things. I ******************* have asthma and a a heart condition. I spoke with *************** was informed that if I was to keep inhaling the droppings my asthma could get triggered as it did and i was required to start using a nebulizer as needed. Moving froward.. On December 11 Management tried illegally tried to evict us without an court order or notice received by the sheriff office. This was from a tenant holder over from 2022. After emailing the regional he stated in the email that charge would be rescinded. We then received a notice from now the attorneys that a motion for an extended warrant for eviction was filed literally 2 days after the regional email. To back up some. My son went to speak with management on the day of the unscheduled eviction and her words to him was I can stop it if I want to but because of your mother Im not. I believe this warrants retaliation at this point. The Manager name is ************************* and she is truly unprofessional. I am more than willing to speak with the BBB for more information regarding this unfortunate situationInitial Complaint

Submitted ticket for chirping smoke detectors in common areas (loud enough to hear in apartment and safety concern) over two weeks ago and they haven't been fixed. Actually, they don't even respond to the tickets to show they actually care about the health and safety of their residents. Next step will be contacting the city/state to pose concerns about fire safety.Initial Complaint

Today is 9/21/23. I have had mice in my apartment for a month. I have been asking for pest control to come for a month. They came three times and only looked in my kitchen. I have been trying to make a complaint to the corporate office but no one is returning my call. I purchased my own repellant and the mice keep coming. I need someone to come treat my apartment for mice. It is my understanding that I pay for maintenance to come do this (it is included in the rent). But they have not been doing their job which is evident by the fact that mice keep returning. I see new mouse holes and new mouse poop regularly. The service I have received has been so subpar I'm not sure who else I can speak to about this. No one is returning my call. No one is helping me. No one is doing their job. I am hoping this will at least get someone to act and to the job that my rent is paying them to do. In my attached pictures will be proof of mouse poop and all the holes that I found (because pest control has found none). I went to apply for a apartment/ townhouse the man name ***** told me that I qualify for a apartment- townhouse they took my $103.50 and five days later they lies to me about seven things. They lied about my daughter name on my voucher, about my voucher expired, about my paperwork was not right, I dont send the paperwork back on response, he was not answering my phone messages and calling, I feel they rejected my application for Color and my disability and I feel that I was taking advantage of the people and I want my refund of my money back $103.50Initial Complaint

I applied for 1 bedroom apartment and I was asked to pay $100 for application fees and $1500 for the deposit, on January 09 2023 I paid the requested fees. Then 3 weeks later I received a call from the leasing agent *********************, saying that the tenant in the apartment where I were supposed to move in is no longer moving out because he has changed his mind and the Law require them to keep him and they will refund me the full amount of my expenses ******* 10 business days. Hello, I already paid for the debt it was showing on my credit history ($960) and my credit has been updated. I and my husband applied for an apartment but they still denied our application.
