      I requested one months rent, freedom to vacate without penalty, and my security deposit back due to multiple unresolved issues in my apartment. In response, I was only offered a $100 *** Token credit. Below are my concerns, highlighting the company's disregard for tenant well-being:Faulty Dryer: Since moving in, the dryer takes hours for small loads, despite regular cleaning. A technician indicated the need for contractor intervention, which never happened, resulting in high BGE bills. Broken Dryer Timer: The timer dial is broken, so the dryer runs indefinitely unless manually stopped, further raising utility costs.Loose Fixtures: Both the shower curtain rod and towel bar are barely attached, and the kitchen sink head is very loose.Water Heater Leak: The water heater and piping have leaked multiple times, soaking my carpet. An old bowl near the leak suggests a long-standing issue. Repeated flooding raises mold concerns. (Ongoing for months)Ceiling Leak: My ceiling began leaking heavily in multiple spots. Maintenance cut a hole but didnt return, leaving water to accumulate and increasing mold risk.Possible ***** Infestation: A tenant complaint about roaches was mentioned by staff, raising concerns about building cleanliness and pest control.Additional Concerns:Health ************* The carpet has been repeatedly soaked without treatment.Excessive Utility Bills: The broken dryer has caused high energy costs over three months.Damage to Personal Belongings: Contractors damaged my belongings and painted without ventilation, making my dog ill. This company has shown a lack of compassion and accountability. Living here has cost me time from work, relocation expenses, damaged belongings, and health risks. I regret not researching this company sooner and advise others to do so before making the same mistake.

      We are now into May of 2024 and I continue to see rodents in my apt. I have been dealing with this since Jan 2024. No one in management cares to solve the problem and there is no intention on solving problem permanently. Everything is a Band-Aid, which is the modus operandi here. How hard is it to not have rodents in an apartment?! I have put in numerous tickets, followed up via email, spoke to management in person and requested a follow up from upper management, since the necessary measures to permanently solve the issue have not been taken. My request for compensation has been ignored, as well as my request for a solution. I am becoming physically sick from this issue. I am suffering from severe anxiety and heart palpitations because of the infestation of rodents in my home. My home and work life has been negatively affected because of the refusal to take the necessary steps to stop my apartment from having rodents. I am spending money desperately trying and find my own solution since maintenance and management does not care. Now, I am taking on the additional unnecessary stress and trying to find another place to live. I do not wish to move, since I hate the process and have been moving often in the past few years, however, they refuse to solve a issue of rodents in the apartment and do not care to. And despite my marking that I need to be in the apartment when maintenance comes, they let themselves in, do nothing and leave. I do not want to have a heart attack because of this and the lack of care they have for the wellbeing and safety for the tenants. I proud myself on being a clean person and a good tenant, but I see that there is no value in that here, and I continue to be insulted.Furthermore, the elevators are frequently down, the fire alarms are constantly being pulled and going off, packages are frequently stolen, and someone got into my car and stole my charger, despite there now being a security guard. A mess. Dont do it to yourself.

      Pest control issues and mold present in bathroom and secondary bedroom. High turnover in office staff. Staff not responding or when they do it’s not friendly or helpful. Placed over 20 service requests. Unit is out of date and needs updating. Maintenance was not useful. Would see maintenance and staff on the side of building smoking or in the front of various buildings “taking a break”. Property management unresponsive. Unwilling to remedy the issues until threats of contacting corporate and still only bandaid the issue which only made the issue return. Bad experience. Would not recommend.

      I experience a broke in on 12/20/22 at the Anton house and management offered no possible solution to help remedy me being victimized. Kelly at the property was so Curt and cold and the cooperate office Regional mgr never returned my calls for his assistance. Why is this, I just don’t understand the mind set of this management team. Pls avoid this property at all cost. Terrible inhuman treatment.

      Mice infested apartment community, mice everywhere, seen 3-4 times a day and management does nothing about it. The community needs to seriously investigate their pest issue. Horrible pest issues and nothing done about it
