    I am a previous tenant from Andrews Ridge Apartments. I lived there for several years without complaint, but this one has really got to be resolved with others help I paid a security deposit when I moved in. I lived on section 8 during my residency, I moved out May 1, 2024 I was told I would receive $216 back from my 300 security deposit the next month they told me I owed them for April 1 prorate rent of $187 I went to the ************* and tried to resolve it to no avail. *** tried calling to be hung up on one day. I called five different times to not be answered to. Im at a loss to where to take it from here I live with no heat I live with no hot water . I was relocated to be charged and taken from my security deposit procedure. I did it with no complaint, but at this juncture, I feel this is unjust. We are going to August and I still have not receive my security deposit return I sat with the resident manager who told me that she was on the computer letting , the corporate office know to rectify the records that was in June. She gave me a email that did not work at all. I went back to the office and got the proper email and sent an email while I stood in the rental office they did go through still to this day. I have not heard anything back , please help me resolve this issue. Thank you for any services of help that you can supply Miss *************************.

    Air conditioning not working and no response. Or repair in over a week The leasing office doesn't answer the phone. They don't answer my emails. Now they have locked the office door during business hours to avoid the residents request for service and request for service call update

    Hello and Good Morning,

    First and foremost, I appreciate you reaching out and apologize that you were not able to connect with us at the property.  Due to the extreme temperature this year, we received a lot of calls for air conditioning issues but was able to get everyone back with the air conditioning as quickly as possible with the help of our outside HVAC contractor.  We rely on our outside contractor and at their mercy with the appointments.  ****************** puts in the ticket for her AC not cooling on 5/22/2024 and was on the schedule and completed by June 5, 2024.  The HVAC technician added freon to get the unit cool.  A second ticket was placed on 7/5 that the unit was not producing cool air.  An HVAC contractor was contacted and came out. During this visit the technician found that the capacitor was needed. The property approved for the part to be ordered.  ***** was added to keep ****************** apartment home cool until the parts arrived.  On 8/2/2024, our HVAC contractor came to replace the capacitor.  Currently, ********************** has air, and no tickets or complaint came in.

    Living here was a nightmare. Went practically the whole summer 2023 without no air-conditioning my apartment was 90 degrees, went three weeks with no water in my unit. I had major leaks dating back from December 2023 to the point where I had to file a rent escrow and from December 2023 till now May 19 2024. I had to throw away so many stuff. *** sent so many emails to management took off of work numerous amount of times to go to the ************** No one never came inside of my unit to fix anything I still continued to pay rent for ******* and February rent went on almost 2 vacations back to my country came back nothing still was fixed. once me and my son got really sick from the mold continuous water pouring in from the ceiling every time it rain that was the final straw for me. Now that the ceiling had partially fell out inside of the kitchen, it had left a lot of mold Inside of my unit which also had mice and ***** Infestation and I had to hire my own pest control for the time I was living here. On top of that, I had issues with my water bills that all of a sudden magically went down once I had told the management company I was going to take them to court my water bill **** $120 the most Ive seen it up to $167. And the late fees that they add on are so outrageous I was paying Almost up to $1700. I was so stressed of my apartment living conditions. imagine coming home Living inside of an apartment and you have water pouring in everytime it rains (it has been raining heavy since the ending of February 2024) , and you have to continuously lift heavy buckets of water And continuously mop and **** water out of the carpet When you work 10hrs teach almost 120 children everyday and have your own child to take care of. You just dont know how much stress I was under. I had to put my stuff in storage, stayed with family members due to unlivable conditions, & stress. Also was being harassed for rent knowing i filed for escrow.

    I applied for an apartment on 7/10/2023 and paid a deposit of $736.95. I was told the unit was gonna be ready on 7/31 it's now August 7 and still no apartment, no phone call from management or nothing!!!!! I would like for them to refund all monies that they have taken out of my account so that I can move forward with another apartment complex

    No, actually my bank has been waiting on a response from this company to release the funds back into my account and still after two months nothing! There has been no resolution on this case at all.

    I am a Resident of Andrew Ridge Apartment Homes. My vehicle was towed overnight (07/26) from the facility. I called the towing company and asked why my vehicle was towed. I was told it was due to no parking permit on the vehicle. Since a year ago upon signing my 2022 lease agreement, I was given a parking permit sticker that I have on my car and haven't experienced any issue of such. I went to the leasing office to find out what was going on. The lady I met was rude, "I will not repeat myself". That was the exact phrase she used. She went on to say that all tenants were notified to come to the leasing office for their new stickers. I didn't get that particular notice. So I asked her by what means did you communicate the message? And she said via paper notice that was tucked at our doors. Wow! Wow! Why if I was gone for few weeks, how am I suppose to know that a notice was sent to me? Come to think about it. I am a service member and I am away most of the time. When it's time to renew our lease, and to pay our rent, you will not forget to email us but why can't it be for other things as well? I particularly believe the management was in the wrong. I paid 175$ to release my vehicle and I will need it to be remitted because it was negligence on their part that they lack proper information dissimulation procedure to their tenants. They should take the blame here. I was inconvenient this morning and could have lost my job or gotten in trouble for not showing up on time. This is not fair and it has to stop.

    SINCE I HAVE MOVED IN THIS ADDRESS THERE HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT DISGUST ! THE APARTMENT BUILDING IS INFESTED WITH ALL DIFFERENT TYPES OF FLIES AND ROACHES AND IT HAS A HORRIBLE SMELL THAT HAS SPILLED OVER INTO MY ACTUAL UNIT IM IN TOTAL DISGUST . MY APARTMENT FLOODED DUE TO NEGLIGENCE OF RENTAL OFFICE THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND BECAUSE THEY DIDNT WHICH COULD HAVE AVOIDED MY APARTMENT FROM FLOODING MY CEILINGS AND WALLS HAVE NASTY BROWN SPOTS ON THEM AND MY WINDOWS ARE PEELING AND IT LOOKS TERRIBLE . I HAVE ONLY BEEN IN THE UNIT FOR 3 MONTHS AND THEY HAVE REALLY LET ME DOWN. I WOULD LIKE TO BE CREDITED FOR 2 MONTHS ALOND WITH GETTING MY CEILING IN MY BATHROOM FIXED WALLS REPAINTED AND A SCREEN FOR MY BALCONY. ALSO I HAVE NOT HAD ACCESS TO MY MAILBOX THE ENTIRE TIME I HAVE RESIDED HERE DUE TO THE RENTAL OFFICE NOT FIXING IT. I HAVE ALSO BEEN TOLD THAT MY RENT WAS NOT PAID IN FULL AND SOME HOW 640.00 IS MISSING FROM DEPOSITS AFTER MY ONLINE PORTAL WAS SAYING $0 BALANCE . THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND WANT TO SPEAK WITH THE PEOPLE OVER TOP OF THE RENTAL OFFICE BECAUSE THEY DELIBERTLY IGNORE OUR CALLS AND TAKE LONG LUNCH BREAKS TO AVOID RESPONDING TO THE PROBLEMS IVE VOICED. I WAS TRICKED INTO BELIEVING THAT I WAS MOVING TO A NICE COMMUNITY AND THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST AND MY MONEY IS BEING PLAYED WITH. THANK YOU FOR LISTENING AND I HOPE SOMETHING CAN BE DONE ASAP!

    I moved out of the unit received noticed that the apartment was left in great condition. We had a dispute about weather My security balance was 1221 or 300. After little back and forth I let the issue go as Unable to find original lease and 2nd lease stated $300 was paid as security deposit. They have now hit My credit stating. I owe 391 But never Returned original 300 paid for deposit. I offered the collection agency the 91 and filed dispute 2x but they are not getting reply form Andrew's ridge or ***** ******. I have tried calling and emailing to get this issue resolved and have it removed from credit No one will return call or messages.
