    They took an extra 540 dollars out of my bank account. They promised to return it but didn't. Impossible to get anyone by phone or email.

    There is a monthly or annual recurring subscription choice that can be made before or after purchase. The monthly is $54, the yearly is $540.There are no extra charges for single accounts.

    Will someone from Hometech please call me. I have been calling and emailing for months with no response. You assured me that I would be refunded but you have not. Why would you make a comment but not reach out to me?
