  Over the past 12 months, I have experienced significant financial losses due to the incompetence of your management team, accountant team, and maintenance team. The lack of communication among these groups has only worsened the situation.
  The appliances provided by CR of Maryland have been defective from the beginning, with several breaking down within the first six months despite the property being only one year old. I have incurred substantial costs to address these issues, despite assurances from CR of Maryland that everything would be "brand new."
  This experience has led me to question whether these challenges are part of a strategy by CR of Maryland to sustain their business by taking advantage of investors like myself?

  CR of maryland is horribleliving here since march of 2023 has been insufferable to say the least the first 3 months of the tenancy my dryer did not work. I was ignored until i fell through the vinyl flooring where itwasdiscovered there was no proper waterproofing which cause the wood baseboards underneath to rot from moisture and MOLD. which caused the floor to cave in. My ankle was sprained and the only reason these issues were addressed was because I took it upon myself to file for rent escrow. This was 6 months into my tenancy. The issue with the dryer ended upbeingelectrical. The electrical box was rewired without permits. I have proof that basically all of the work done on this property in the last year was done without permits. And they tried filing for the permits AFTER the work was done.
  They ignore their tenants. They are extremely negligent in fixing things. My house in particular has been labeled as a “house of horrors by an outside inspector that i paid to inspect the property after seriously injuring myself numerous times on the property. it is clear this company is extremely disorganized . This is just one of the incidents while living here that has led to a serious physical injury. recently they have been trying to give me an ultimatum to renew my year lease or receive a 30 days notice when the rental license for the property expires in December. Which i discovered after receiving documents on my door due to a 311 inspection that was done stating the owner of the property /cr of md was being charged fees for lack of proper led testing etc. because my bathroom ceiling had been peeling since i first moved into the property
  There are so many things wrong with this property i can’t even list them all here. Luckily i have the knowledge to advocate for myself and i have a lawyer. So justice will most definitely be served. Seriously I would advise anyone who sees this and is dealing with similar problems or has been injured to get a lawyer please.

  CR of Maryland deserves less than 0 stars. I lost tens of thousands of dollars due to CR of Maryland. This company is deceitful and/or incompetence. Either way, no one should make a mistake and invest with them. Luckily I only purchased one property from CR of Maryland. After less than 4 years, I had significant repair costs in order to resell and suffered months of vacancy and hidden fees. I had to sell the property because I could no longer take dealing with such a terrible group of crooks. The only party making any money on turnkey properties here is CR of Maryland. CR of Maryland is an unethical company that lacks integrity. Buyer beware! I would also question the positive reviews on this site… think about it… who would take the time to put a positive review on the Better Business Bureau site??? ??

  I have made many mistakes in my life but by far the worst mistake I have made was buying a house from CR of Maryland. Liars, cheats, terrible work. These people look you in the eye and lie to you. “Turn key” means you need to be prepared to put in an additional $15k into the house within the first 18 months. Water in the basement, unsafe electrical, appliances glitch, gutters don’t work, the list goes on. Don’t make the mistake I did, walk away.

  I have been working with CR Maryland for a few years now as an investor, and I've bought at least 5-6 properties from them. They have always communicated well, and been great with every transaction. I'd highly recommend you check them out.
