      I am absolutely thrilled with the installation of solar panels from Renewable Energy Corporation. Working with Sherrie and her team was an absolute pleasure. Her professionalism and knowledge were evident from the start, and she effortlessly assisted me with all of my requests. Her dedication to providing exceptional customer service truly shone through, as she went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the job.
      The team was hard working, knowledgeable, and friendly, making me feel confident in my decision to invest in solar energy. The entire process was very comity.
      The panels themselves are not only high-quality but also aesthetically pleasing, seamlessly blending into the design of my home. I have already noticed a significant decrease in my energy bills, and it feels great to know that I am doing my part to reduce my carbon footprint.

      We installed our solar system in July 2023. We were very fortunate to have chosen Renewable Energy Corporation of Timonium, MD. Not only did the provide excellent customer support during the installation process, then continued to provide a high level of support throughout our interactions. Today, I had a couple of hours of telephone support with Andrew. Andrew was very patient with us. He spent well over an hour today verifying that our service distributor was crediting us correctly, he was able to explain to us in terms that we could understand. After our conversation my wife and I were extremely pleased with his support and our new found level of understanding. We were lucky to choose Renewable Energy and discover what excellent customer support was. You can not go wrong with Renewable Energy. They do an excellent installation and follow up with 5 star customer support. In fact, I wish we could have given them more than 5 stars. They earned it.

      REC was great to work with from soup to nuts. The estimate was clear. REC essentially took care of everything including permits, inspections, and soon will complete what is needed for tax credits. Staff were very responsive when I had questions about the project. Looking forward to seeing how will our new system performs: 8 panel, 3kW Q cell G10 .

      We had a house fire that damaged our house electric boxes. We have ground mount that Renewable Energy Corporation installed, so when it came time to repair the system; we contacted the company and they promptly fixed and updated the system. We are back on line and producing. Very happy with them from the initial install to the repair.

      Renewable Energy Corporation has completed the installation of our solar power array, solar powered attic ventilation system and our Electric Vehicle charging station. All the work was done ahead of schedule and without any disruption of our lives. The panels (20) look great! The charging station is smart and fast!
      As soon as we have our inspection, we will be actual energy producers!

      We had 11 solar panels installed on the roof of our home in the fall of 2021. We have been dissatisfied with nearly every aspect of this installation, the power generated, the financing, and the cost savings that were estimated by the salesman. First, the installation and the time it took to start generating power took much longer than expected, weeks in fact. There were issues hooking up the box and issues with the electrical work. The electrician was not a licensed electrician. I called renewable energy and asked if the electrician was actually licensed and then nobody showed up the next day. When I followed up, I was told the electrician no longer worked with the company. The results of this were two things: (1) both our dishwasher and our microwave shorted out within two weeks of turning on the system. (2) things were moved around on our panel, but not properly relabeled. I followed up with renewable energy corporation to send over an actual electrician to fix what head been done, they agreed to this, lo' and behold, no electrician ever showed up to fix the problems. Next, we have never generated the amount of electricity or SREC credits that were estimated by the salesman. Further, the CREC credits were 2/3 of the amount of the credits included in the estimate and also more infrequent than estimated. Lastly, the financing company used by Renewable Energy Corporation was quite usurious. The paperwork, which I only realized afterwards, did not include the length of the loan and does not allow for paying down the principle with extra payments. After two years of having this loan, despite paying extra every month, we have only paid off about $1,000 of the principle. We have +700 credit scores, so this issue is with who Renewable Energy chooses to foist upon its customers and not our credit worthiness.
      I couldn't more strongly recommend that people considering installing solar panels skip this company altogether.
