      I have purchased several DeWalt batteries for my drills. They don't last 6 months. Lowe's doesn't help with replacements, they advise to contact DeWalt company. At $ 110.00 each, the company should refund or replace them.

      I purchased a new ******** 6 gallon 150 psi pancake compressor. When I received it the regulator knob was broken. I understand that things can be damaged in transit. For that reason I contacted the company to order a new knob. I was told that I would have to purchase a whole new manifold for a price that was nearly half of what I paid for the compressor. I am very unsatisfied with ******** and can not recommend their company.

      I purchased a Dewalt DCF899H 20V MAX 1/2" impact a little over 3 years ago, that has turned into a non working brick due to the "Electronic switching" components being faulty, which is not that uncommon. The tool has never been abused and has only been used a handful of times since new. Because it is out of warranty and the cost of the replacement parts being as expensive as the are, not cost effective to repair the gun is now a pile of junk. Had I used it more I might have had it totally fail during the warranty period. To look at the gun you would think it was brand new. Dewalt should be embarrassed at the quality and reliability of their products. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I decided to buy a "*********" to replace it. Better tool all around and 5 year warranty........

      I purchased a DeWalt Self-propelled walk behind mower at **** ****t in Austin last year. It isn't working. Dewalt has no service center in Austin area. I called many lawn mower repair places but none of them would work on a DeWalt. Closest factory repair place is San Antonio. I was advised to drive 1 1/2 hours each way to drop it off, and then another 3 hours to pick it up.
      Advice do not buy DeWalt mowers if you live in Austin.

      ONLY 1 STAR BECAUSE I COULDNT CHOOSE 0
      I bought a BLACK & DECKER 14,000 BTU portable air conditioner for my mother who is a shut in living in hot humid southern Alabama!
      When it quit working i called and was sent a return label and was told to allow 2 weeks after they received it get the replacement, they received the returned unit on 8/21/23 and as of 10/12/23 the only thing they tell me is call back next week!
      I have called weekly explaining the urgency of needing it for my mom, now they tell me they have escalated it, call back next week! I have asked for it to be replaced with one similar, i have asked for my money back, I have complained to ******.
      I'm still holding on to hope that they will make this right and still plan to keep calling them. i paid the total of 431.99 for this and it may not be anything to them but its a lot of money to throw away with NOTHING to show for it!!!!!!!!
      I wish I could give negative stars for this product AND their customer service!!!
      Goes without saying I WILL NEVER BUY BLACK & DECKER AGAIN!!!!!

      BOUGHT A STANDUP FAN AND THE REMOTE DID NOT WORK. CALLED HOME DEPOT AND THEY FILED A REPORT WITH THEM. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 2 MONTHS, THEY KEEP ASKING FOR THE SAME INFORMATION OVER AND OVER. I CANNOT BELIEVE A SIMPLE THING LIKE THIS IS SO MUCH TROUBLE. SENT MODEL, DATE, ETC AND SO HAS HOME DEPOT. I WILL NOT BUY BLACK AND DECKER AGAIN. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE.

      Purchased a product which was advertiserd as Dewalt, came in a Dewalt box, stated Dewalt on the product, but when I requested assistance from Dewalt rep for a missing manual, I was told that it is a product of Baccus Global. The customer rep falslely claimed that Baccus Global was a subdivision of Dewalt. Some quick research of Baccus Global indicates that it has a solid F with the BBB.
      Dewalt should be required to clearly indicated that some of their products are manufactured by other companies. Their is nothing in the advertisements not on the box to indicate that Dewalt does not manufacture nor support the product. In fact, it falsely indicates that a customer can contact Dewalt for assistance.
      Have lost all confidence in Dewalt products since it is is cleat that they have chosen decieve their customers.

      I bought a power washer $500. From Home Depot in Ada Oklahoma 16 march,used it 1 time and:15 of another time and it would quit when increasing speed. Called customer support they want me to take it to a service center,I said I have already spent enough time and money,it is new,replace it or refund my money.

      DeWalt makes quality stuff that performs well in field. Always thoughtfully designed and unshakably reliable. I've dealt with their corporate office directly and they are professionals who stand behind their product line.

      In July 2022 we purchased a BLACK+DECKER BPACT12WT Large Spaces Air Conditioner Portable, 12,000 BTU, White on Amazon. From the start the dehumidifier option did not work, and the thermostat didn't function unless you set it all the way down to 65 degrees! We called B&D customer service and while it was under warranty, it would take 6 weeks to get a replacement AFTER the defective unit arrived. We decided to keep using the cooling feature through the summer, and then sent in the defective unit. Now, it's been 8 weeks and they can't even give us an estimate on when a new unit will be sent. I would take my money back, though they aren't even offering this option. Today, I will also file a complaint with Amazon. What a waste of our time and money! I am not planning to do business with Black and Decker in the future.
