    On May 17th, 2023 I purchased $100 worth of items and still have not received it. I emailed them on June 2 inquiring about my order and never received a response. I emailed them again on July 24th 2023, still no response. I would like my money back or the products I ordered. I am a hard-working, single mother, and I dont have $100 to be spending without receiving what I ordered. Thank you so much for your time.

    Paid for gummies on my order #***** for a total of ****** on February 17th. I contacted them about every week and they kept telling me it was going to send out asap. Now a month later i called to cancel for a refund. Its now been 5 days since I called and my order is still showing processing.

    On 9/14/2022, I purchased 14g Hemp Flower cannabis and (3) vape cartridges from the website and paid for these items to be shipped to me. I called the company in late September and they told me my order would ship during the week. I have not received any products from the seller, and they do not reply to emails that I send to them. They have not made any efforts to resolve the problem.

    I placed an order with this company for a vape on August 4, 2022.
    Product was lost by ups.
    Reached out to the company about a refund.
    Told me to file a claim with ups.
    I filed the claim and UPS has stated to me that the claim has been issued to the company. Still have not received either a new product or a refund it is now September 3. One day shy of a month.
    This is unacceptable to me as a customer.
    Wasn't my fault ups lost the order and I followed the company instructions
