    DECEMBER 2021 - Visited DR. **** for a consult. I had breast cancer in 2019 and was inquiring about reconstructive surgery. I cried to her about how devastating this was. She was sending a preauthorization for surgery.
    FEB 15, 2022 - I called and spoke to KELLY and asked for her to leave a message for DR. ****. She did not return my call.
    APRIL 2022 - I called my insurance company, and they said my preauthorization was approved. So I called the office again and spoke to KELLY again. She said she never heard anything back from the insurance company. It's been 3 months. I asked KELLY and apparently there is no followup in place if you dont hear from the insurance company. I left a message for DR. ****, and she never called back.
    JUNE 2, 2022 - I called and spoke to KELLY a THIRD time and left a message for Dr. Rada. It is September 27, 2022, and I still have not heard back from the office or DR. ****.
    The receptionist at the desk is apparently the gatekeeper. I cannot get in touch with the doctor to discuss this matter.
    What I thought was going to be a positive step towards my recovery has turned into another blow and back to square one searching for a breast reconstruction doctor.
    I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALL BACK FROM THIS OFFICE AFTER MY CONSOLTATION IN DECEMBER 2021.
