    7 years ago we purchased gutters for our home with a lifetime warranty. The back gutter has been falling off because the water flow is going away from the down spout instad of towards it. We called to have it repaired and they came to fix it once this past year in 2021. It is falling down again from not being properly fixed and now the front gutter is coming off. The back gutter has been so damaged from the water pouring over that the wood behind the gutter is damaged beyond repair. We called again and made an appointment for them to come out May 24th at 7am. I saw their truck come by, stop for 2 seconds to look at the house then proceed to drive off. We called and were told they came by saw we didnt have gutter guards and left. They refuse to come out and fix these problems now telling us our warranty is no good because we dont have leaf guards on the gutters from them after repeated calls to them and now they won't even take our calls anymore.

    Unfortunately we are not able to service these gutters. As mentioned by the customer this job was done 7 years ago and the debri build up inside the gutters has contributed to the issues here. We are not responsible for maintenance of the gutters. Also it was noted during our visit in 2021 that the gutters were cut to put the roof over the back deck. Once the product is altered after installation the warranty is void.
