    495 Garage Door *** is very dishonest in its practices. I have *** for my home warranty, so they take that as an opportunity to milk more money out of you when then **me out. The warranty **mpany will **ver certain aspects of your garage door and they make sure that they add on things that are not ********** first **ntact with them was with Aviv who said I needed the belt ***laced on my garage door. Then goes back to the car and wrights up an estimate that included ***lacing the springs, balancing and some other items. I was livid because the springs had just been ***laced on the door. So I **mplained to my warranty **mpany and all of a sudden I receive a call back from a women (forget the name) and she asks how much money i was working with. I told her none and requested that they fix the belt and not try to get more money out of me. I called *** warranty ** and **mplained, then the ***resentative put me on hold to call 495 Garage to see what was what, then they said that they would ***lace the belt and that's what they did. Now my other garage door belt is bad and Aviv came out and said that I was good and he would put in the order for the belt. Again they added on $275 for door balancing and I **mplained again about them adding on so that they **uld get more money. They tell me they have to **me out and test on July 11, 2025 to see if the door is in balance and if it fails I would have to pay, then proceeds to tell my warranty *** on July 9, ***** that the door is out of balance without even **ming out to test.Times are hard and money is really tight and for this **mpany to try and money grab **nsumers is just disgusting. I will never re**mmend them to anyone and have requested that my warranty **mpany remove them from their **ntractors list.

    ********* is very kind and responsive. We had an emergency with our door and 495 came out immediately the next day and fixed the issue, quickly and professionally. Cant recommend them enough!

    *************** is a trustworthy and reliable company. Their technicians are polite, knowledgeable,efficient and professional. The most recent were ******, who I feel., went above and beyond in having a needed part for my furnace expedited, and ******, who patiently explained what he was doing as he made the repairs. He was always courteous and respectful . (So much so, that I asked if I could adopt him). My mom, who is 103yrs old and I..,( lets just say two elderly ladies) feel they were an answer to our prayers as we were facing extremely frigid temperatures in the coming days. I have used *************** many times. They have never let me down. I highly reccomend them.

    Terrible company. Has sent 349 garage door *** was assign from my home warrantee company. they first try to sell a unit for $895. When I asked if AHS would pay they could fix it. The changed the part and it worked for 3months than said the part failed because the garage door was unbalanced and I would have to pay for the service. When they did the first repair he was suppose to balance the door correctly. I only opened and closed the door with the open . Now they said the part failed because the door was unbalanced. Again trying to sell me a new unit. Now they told AHS that the problem uas due to abnormal heart and tear due to unbalance door.
