    I am delighted with Backyard Amusement, from the ease of use in scheduling my moon bounce for a family reunion to keep the kids occupied and out of the adults' business, the staff when confirming my reservations via telephone, the staff who arrived to set up and break down the moon bounce was very professional and awesome! Thanks again Backyard Amusements!!!

    First time renting from Backyard Amusements. Found them to be very efficient with the assistance initially provided, as well as the follow-up as our event date approached. The staff was extremely professional, and the equipment was in place well before our start time. Staff remained on site, and provided any and all needed support. Would highly recommend.

    We had a wonderful performer for my sons 5th birthday party. He was prompt, kind, easygoing, energetic, and super fun for the kids. He treated my son like he was the king for the day and all of our guests were super impressed by how kind and cheerful he was with them as adults as well. Our performer gave everyone a unique and wonderful experience. The entire hour flew by and my only problem was that I should have had the performance last longer. This company gets it and I have nothing but the highest recommendation for their services.

    Our church rented 2 inflatables for our annual Founder's Day event. The staff at Backyard Amusements showed us professionalism, courtesy and kindness and it was truly appreciated. We would definitely use them again.

    We ordered a dunk tank and a few other carnival games for our company cookout. The delivery driver, ****, was on time, set everything up quickly and taught us how to use all of the amusements. The games and amusements themselves were clean and in great shape and our employees really enjoyed them. When it came time to clean up, **** packed up quickly, even though it was raining. I would highly recommend this company if you ever have a need for them! The most amazing part of working with this company was ****. Right as he was about to drive away, I went out to thank him and locked myself out of the office. He let me use his phone and stayed with me until I reached a locksmith. He did not have to do this, especially in the rain, but he was so kind. He has been with Backyard Amusements for a long time and he is what made this experience so phenomenal. He is an amazing ambassador for the company! Thank you, Backyard Amusements for helping to make our cookout a success!

    We have used the same company for inflatables for years and decided to switch up and give Backyard Amusements a chance this year. Everything went smooth and details were explained to us from the start. They were on time and efficient and the kids absolutely loved the package that they brought. I am so happy we reached out!!!!     They arrived on time for set up and got the set up sone very fast. Due to it being only 1 person and I ordered 8 6ft tables and 35 to set up I asked a few gentlemen to help they guy out but he did amazing for 1 person to cover all of that. Also pick up was a breeze they came in broke down the tables and took the chairs. We thought only 1 person was coming for pick up so we broke down the chairs for them but 2 came and they were also fast. Both drop off and pick up was a breeze I will book with them again
