  We rented a Dunk Tank and Football Obstacle Course. The delivery guys arrived well before our event start time and were very nice. The Football Obstacle Course didn't have footballs so one of the delivery guys bought them from a local store. The release mechanism on the Dunk Tank required someone to manually adjust it after each use. The metal bars/steps used to access the seat in the Dunk Tank became wet and very slippery, causing one of our guests to slip and cut their foot. While I was happy with their timeliness, the Dunk Tank should have worked without manual adjustment and the metal bars should have been covered with rubber as a safety measure.

  Have had a few set backs but the owner always making it right But 5yrs of using this company they are who we go to for bounce houses and items for birthday parties always friendly professional staff and wish to give them more then 5 stars

  I just have to say that this company is amazing. The customer service is excellent. We rented the bull ride and the staff that set up the equipment was amazing they were verry professional and fast with setting up the equipment. The staff also assisted each customer with getting on and off the ride. This made my event turn out great. I would defiantly recommend them and will defiantly rent from this company again in the future.

  ****************- My son and his friends had a great time, the set up only took a few minutes and the guys who set it up were very professional . I like to Thank them for making my son's sixteen Birthday a great success. Its a little prices but my son enjoyed it so that's what counts. Would have given 5 stars but the price is a little too much.

  We used the inflatable boxing ring. It’s huge and the kids and adults had tons of fun. Delivery/pickup was quick and on time.

  Extremely good experience with Backyard Amusements. I put in a last minute order request and they worked with me to accommodate everything I needed. This is my 2nd time using BYA and both his been positive experiences.

  We have used B.A. for three years now, and had not had any issues. Khristin is always outstanding...the equipment is always as ordered. However, this time our event was on a Sunday and the equipment was to be delivered between 8am-noon for a 1pm event. Around 11am we began to worry and attempted to contact B.A. only to get a recording that the office is closed on Sundays. Text URGENT to the number and someone will get back to us. That never happened. Called multiple times, texted multiple times, emailed multiple times and NO response. Noon rolls around and nothing. At this point, some of the 109 guests are arriving. We had 5 guests continue to call and text and even visit the White Plains location, to no avail. We saw a van drive by the house and I recognized the logo. My husband walks to the end of the driveway and sees the van just parked BLOCKS away from the house. Uhhhhhhh???? My husband walked TO the van and I am unsure what transpired, but he returned with the van(s). I would give still give this 5 star review, however, the lack of ANY type of direct contact to someone on the DAY of an event is unfathomable. There absolutely needs to be an oncall PERSON when the office is closed and equipment is PAID FOR and ordered. Extremely disappointed and stressful experience. We just cannot understand why NO ONE called or replied nor answered (even to this day) any of the texts, calls, messages, emails. To continue to hear "our office is closed" on the day of our event was heartbreaking. Just a simple "our reps are running a few minutes behind schedule, they are on the way" would have been sufficient.
