    Kenneth is unprofessional and definitely a scammer. I made a purchase in April 2023. During the process, I was not given a tracking number to which I requested. Upon cancelling, he informed me that I would receive a refund totaling to $225. Weeks have gone by and he has ignored my calls and messages. He used a story of getting stabbed by his childs' baby mothers' friends, and reported having been hospitalized hence the delay in communication. I am extremely upset and disappointed because I assumed he was a friend. I WANT MY REFUND BACK ASAP

    Legal actions should defiantly be taken against this man. How many complaints need to be failed before actions are taken. I ordered a painting on April 1 which was suppose to arrive on Easter. which he promised would come by Easter i have a copy of all the messages. At first I was hesitant because I read the reviews it seems this mans angle is to find vulnerable women on dating sites then ask them for money. he is a defiantly a scammer and con artist. but there is no shutting him down unless legal actions are pressed. oh yes i did exchange conversation with him so his angle is to try to pursue romantically then to start to try and scam and con. Luckily my mother didn't raise a fool. Because i never sent him anything beyond the money for the painting which never arrived. So trust me he will go with that angle he did when i questioned his true character but figured lets give him a chance to prove him wrong. so i support all the other reviews where he is a scam artist. i wonder did any women without a mans involvement every get their paintings

    Ordered mine artwork in Dec. I have yet to receive anything. No previews or anything. He keeps sending me voice messages about it almost being done and that he’ll send pics once he’s home with a new phone. Promise dates have come and gone.
    I have asked some friends to look into laws being violated at this point. He had no problem taking the money but never followed through on the actual paid for product. A shame because I like his artwork.

    Doesn't do any good to email him. He already has my contact info, but I'll share it here... It's [email protected] and I've provided my phone and address already. He has read my comments on social media. Bottom line is he has not made any attempt to refund me or send the painting that I paid for. I'm not hard to find at all!!!

    I've purchased 2 lovely prints from Creative Markz. This is my honest review. The shipping took about a month from order to delivery. Honestly i expected it sooner so I reached out and was informed that there was a problem with the company they used to make the actual prints and they were switching companies due to complaints. Then, I did not realize the price I was quoted didn't include shipping. It was an oversight on their part so they offered to waive the shipping fee. Then, one of the prints I received was incorrect. I reached out and explained what happened. I was told to keep the print and I would also receive the correct print asap. I in fact received the correct print quicker than my original order.

    Creative Markz is a phenomenal artist but also a small business who like many others could use improved processes. However that should NOT take away from the quality of the art or the kindness he shows as an individual. I just ordered an original painting and will be back to let you know how it went.

    OMG I won a raffle at an art show and received a 30x40 painting. I absolutely LOVE IT!!! The atrist was so kind and professional I ended up purchasing another painting he rushed the order for my house warming and HAND DELIVERED IT!!!! I was NOT expecting that level of professionalism. Hats off to this young man for his customer service, professionalism, and sheer artistry.
