  This company is very unprofessional and their customer service/satisfaction is horrible. They gave me one estimate for my move and on the moving date the estimate was increased by $600 for additional fees that were not clearly communicated to me initially. In addition, the movers damaged some of my property during the move. The company took no accountability for issues that arose during my move nor did they apologize or try to offer a discount for my complaints. The move took twice as long then what was estimated and they charge you by the hour.
  In addition, when I went to pay the final balance I was informed that their credit card machine was down. I was forced to pay via ***** which I was uncomfortable doing. I would never recommend this moving company to anyone.

  I would give these people a 0 stars if I could. They only thing that went well was the first conversation/quote over the phone. They quoted me $660 with $100 deposit. That was fine and I made the payment with my debit card over the phone. They were a no show the first day and the rest was a disaster. Everything went wrong. It took them 3 hours to load the truck. They ended up charging me for another 4 hours to unload the truck before they started and $140 because my apartment was too far from my apartment and held my furniture until I made a cash app or zelle payment because they refused to take my credit card. They said their credit card systems were down. Save yourself! Please be aware! Stay away! Do not communicate with Michael, Tony or Michelle. They lie about who the owner is and they are all evil!!

  BEWARE!!!! They are unprofessional and are scammers. Once they have your items on the truck they will hold it hostage until you pay. I paid more than double and they did not assemble beds or move my treadmill. They will not return calls or emails regarding moving complaints and damages. I will now have to pay another expense for a lawyer. Save yourself the headache and go with real professional movers. Tony is the worse. Please do not use this company. You will be thankful you didn’t. I should have vetted them before using them.

  BEWARE OF THE SCAMMERS!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! This is the worse company to hire for your moving services. They quoted me $660 and after they were done my charge was $1410. This after a few drug users they hired as movers showed up in a ***** 5 hours pass the scheduled time. They came so late the owner showed up and asked if they can finish the next day because they were moving so slow. He even promised me a discount. Once they had everything in the truck, peep this now they presented me with the invoice and the price. I told them no i wasn't paying the price, they then proceeded to lock my items in their ***** truck and call the cops. Cops came and I told them they have my belonging hostage. I want my items delivered back to where they got it because I was only paying the quoted amount. The cops told me i had to pay the amount on the invoice and so i did but i knew i was going to dispute this with my bank at this point i furious and I just wanted my things. I disputed the $760 overcharge with my bank. Do you know they ran my card again for the $760. My bank denied both cases and now these unprofessional thugs are overpaid $1580. I called them today to tell they over paid me. The same owner that showed up told me that he did not have me in the system and he don't know anything about an overpayment.

  This is by far the most unprofessional moving company I have ever dealt with. The manager Erica was beyond rude and disrespectful and the movers were over an hour late. They cancelled my move due to me standing up
  For myself because they had a hidden extended walk charge, which didn’t apply to my move because they were on the backside of the building had they pulled around to the front it would have not be an extended walk. Then I was told I have to wait 5-7 business to refund my deposit. Now here I am with no mover because of the unprofessional behavior of this company. BUYER BEWARE! This is definitely a case of you get what you pay for they were the cheapest company and this the level of service that I received!

  I wish I would have checked with your organization before using the services of Alexander Movers LLC. I was given a fee of 750.00 for my total move by Michael who I believe is the owner/manager. I was not given any other information stating that there will be additional charges while moving. I had a small sofa, one queen size bed, one medium size dresser, and one 55 inch tv along with approx. 10 boxes. When the three guys arrived, Tony which was the lead guy tried charging me a different fee as soon as he stepped inside my door. Michael gave me a price of 165 an hour for 3hr and Tony tried charging me 185 an hour. Tony made a call to their representative which stated I was given a fee of 165 an hour for the 3hr svc. Michael stated that the TV box would cost $10 and of course Tony gives me a rate of $25 for one TV box, so I declined and provided my own TV box. Instead of advising that I should have my own mattress cover, Tony comes with cheap plastic wrap and takes over an hour to wrap one mattress and box spring and also dirty blankets around my sofa. I had no idea that this guy Tony was busy charging me while we were in the process until we reach my new residence. He started quoting that it was additional fees per hour and for the FOOT STEPS to my door. He and his guys kept standing around wasting time and then before they start assembling my bed, he tells me we need to talk in private. He gave me additional fees from the plastic wrap, tape, additional time and steps to my door. Every time I tried asking Tony about the fees he would yell and threatened to leave with the rest of my items and not assemble my bed. The guy Tony was so unprofessional and irate I thought about calling the police. To sum this all up I was given a fee of 750.00 which turn into 1111.50 and have yet to receive a receipt or a phone call from management. This company is very fraudulent and should be shut down. I should receive a full refund for the treatment I received and bogus charges.
