    Champagne Energy and/or Superior Plus Propane claimed they delivered me Propane on Jan 13th between 11am and 1pm; however I work remotely and always notice when they deliver and check my propane tank every 1-2 days. In addition spoke to representatives who told me once they check during fill up as I requested a fill-up because I was low then they would reimburse me. I followed up and they said it was still under investigation and although they agreed that I did not get a delivery and was erroneously charge ****** that notes on the system had to be done. I simply told them this is not correct and as soon as you know that there was a mistake you should refund the money. I have a 1000 gallon tank and it was filled up on 01/25/2025 and I greeted the delivery guy, who gladly pumped the tank with $1,761.43(2.99 per gallon). So how could the delivery of ****** have occurred if I am requesting it be filled (I have asked for no partial fills) again. They should refund the money, which I have also filed a dispute with my credit card company.

    I am writing to express dissatisfaction with the recent service provided by Champagne's Energy concerning our propane needs.We hired a landscaping company to begin hardscaping our backyard in the week of October 21st. Due to the necessary excavation work, we needed Champagne's Energy to disconnect and reconnect the propane lines running to our tank. On October 24, 2024, I contacted the company requesting assistance with this task as the landscaping company was preparing to put hardscape. I was assured that a service representative would contact me shortly. However, by Monday, October 28, 2024, I had not received any communication. I called again to inquire about the service, emphasizing the urgency due to the ongoing landscaping project. I was once more assured that someone would call me back. On October 29, 2024, I made another call, urgently requesting a service visit.A technician arrived on November 1, 2024, but was unable to complete the task because he had not been adequately informed of the request and did not have the necessary equipment. The technician, *****, assured me that he would coordinate with the appropriate team to schedule another ******** of today, November 14, 2024, there has been no follow-up or resolution to our issue. I made another call today, only to receive disrespectful service from the representative, who appeared dismissive of our concerns. Once again, I was told that someone would call to schedule a service visit, but no further contact has been made. Currently, we have live propane lines hanging precariously in front of an access door, posing a significant safety hazard. We have been loyal customers for four years and have always maintained timely payments. This experience is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The lack of communication and service is not only hindering our landscaping project but also compromising the safety of our home. I hope for a swift resolution and a commitment to improving customer service.
