      Cmp needs to go . They have no remorse for anybody I gave them permission to take 1 payment of ************************************************** 4ndays to come up with. They took 3 of those payment and over **** my bank account by **** and emptied my saving account . Been 3 days now and still isn't back all my other bill are not getting paid my phone got shut off today i don't have a ***** to my name single mom of 2 kids and get paid every two weeks . And they don't care

      The bill is totally confusing, not just to me but to customer service,The bill needs to be totally redisigned.Plus my usage and my bill seem to have no direct positive correlation. I dropped my usage deliberately and extremely -- but still my bill is high.

      CMP should change their motto from "Flip a switch and we're there" "Flip a switch and we might be there." Their rates are ridiculously high, their service is deplorable, their customer service is despicable and their concern for their customer's safety is non-existent. I sincerely wish we could switch to another company but CMP seems to have a monopoly in our area even though monopolies are supposed to be illegal.

      They really dont care. I have a high bill. We have struggled financially and could not follow payment arrangements. Only allowed 3 medical emergencies a year. They have given 3 day extensions but arent clear really how long you have. Currently had one and I was under the impression it lasted through today. Got disconnected and told not till end of day. Had to be paid by today. Doesnt that mean I have today to pay it? I am disabled. I need power to run some of my medical pieces. They dont care. Told them I was having a bad panic attack. They ignored me on that. Offered ***** right away and they wont work with me. Told them again, I have medical equipment that needs power and am disabled. They dont care if I get sick or cant send medical readings to doctor. They dont care if I fall to the floor and have another stroke. I guess if I die, I die. Thanks for possibly putting me back in the hospital CMP.

      Unfortunate miscommunications and rigid "arrangements" are causing unnecessary disconnections that affect the most vulnerable people.

      CMP is sending out letters to customers stating that there online payments are not going through on there website. That the customer has a past due balance and to send them a money order or cash. I checked with my bank and every payment I have made to them has cleared the bank. This is the second time they have done these. So instead of asking for ANOTHER RATE INCREASE why dont you CORRECT THIS PROBLEM. WHAT AWAY DO DO BUSINESS.

      I think they hire tree trimmers that have absolutely no idea what there doing. I would be surprised if any of my 4 trees they trimmed will survive .They cut limbs that didnt even needed to be cut and some they left that needed to . Pitiful work.

      CMP claims a 4 person household has used more than 10 thousand dollars in power, in less than 10 months. Our power was shut off twice, 2 months in a row, and a **** payment had to be made to turn the power back on. We have a legally disabled child living in the home. Now, our latest **** after paying 10 thousand dollars, is close to ****. We arent ***** We are a house. A four person house. See you in court CMP. I wouldnt back down if you offered to pay the money back at this point.
