    If I could give zero stars I would. This company makes a sub par product, makes the checkout process confusing and somehow makes it almost impossible to purchase an extended warranty without refreshing the page a bunch of times to get it to stick in your cart. Then you find out the EXTENDED warranty is literally 6 months which again is unheard of. This controller was a gift for my son who found it advertised online and after spending almost $200 on it, the thing lasted about 4 months before needing repair. Requesting repair service is a nightmare because these guys answer by email only and it seems only whenever they feel like it! After the first repair the same issue started 3 months later. This time it was even worse getting info from them and now because its beyond 8 months I am being asked to pay for something they failed to repair fully the first time. This company is garbage and Im just going to buy a pro **** controller because at least I know they back their products for a full year. AVOID THESE GUYS! My son has babied his because he was so proud to own one and it still crapped out on him. Customer service gets a zero from me.
