    I purchased a brand new custom controller for my PlayStation 5. I got the controller and the left joystick had issues, they told me to send it back for warranty repair. It's been around 8 months or so now and they have no phone number, they quit responding to my emails, there ignoring all my emails, messages, direct messages etc. I have done research on this company online and seen they have scammed many people by never returning or sending a product, I also just reached out via email to there local police department to file a complaint and waiting to also see what there local police say. I want my money returned, or my controller that I originally purchased to be fixed and returned.

    Date of Transaction - 7-14-2024 $342.32 Custom Playstation 5 Controller Date of Transaction - 7-18-2024 $49.90 Custom Part added for Playstation 5 Control Date of Transaction - 9-3-2024 $49.95 Custom Part added for Playstation 5 Control I purchased a controller for my son and had it shipped to him in **************. Right after I purchased the controller I asked them to add a custom part to be added (2nd purchase above). The controller arrive in the time is was supposed to but it did not work properly when it arrived. The controller was returned. During the repair process I requested another custom part to be added (3rd purchase above). When I received the receipt of the purchase I notice the address was wrong. I sent them a confirmation email confirming they were going to ship the controller to the correct address in **************. They responded with a confirmation they got the right address. Around a month and a half later I got a tracking number when they shipped it back. about a day before it arrived, I notice the address was in ********** instead of **************. They shipped the controller to the wrong address on the opposite side of the country. Since then, I have been trying to get them to refund the controller since it never made it to me. Numerous times I got a response saying they would look into it. Once, they said Oh, I havent refunded this yet, I will look into it. I had to start new email thread multiple times because they stopped responding to me. I am just trying to get a refund.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have emailed them quite a few times since I submitted this to you and all I get is an auto reply saying they will get back to me it 24 to 48 hours. There has been no movement whatsoever on this issue.

    I ordered a custom controller that arrived on 3/04/24. Within a couple weeks the controller began failing and was returned back to them for repair. I had to return the product back 3 times due to it continuing to fail. Each time I had the product it would only last about 3 weeks. Each time a repair was made it would take them around 4 weeks to repair it and send it back.After the 3rd time I requested a refund and made it clear in multiple emails that I did not want a repair and only a refund. The company ignored my requests and sent the controller back once again. I requested a return label so I could receive a refund and they are refusing to respond to me.

    I ordered a controller on January 11th 2024 and it finally arrived on February 27th 2024. I purchased the extended warrantee aswell and when the controller malfunctioned I emailed them to use my warrantee and after weeks of trying to get in touch with them, they finally sent me a return label and now they've had possession of my controller since August 20th I believe and I have emailed them multiple times to see when they're going to send the replacement and they refuse to answer my emails. I feel that I was robbed.

    My 15 year old son wanted to customize a controller from Gamenetics from seeing other gamers promote the company. So saves his money and we went ahead and purchased 7/23/24. Upon ordering, said would only take 2-3 weeks for a custom controller yet arrived 8/15/24. Once arrived, son opened it right away to pair it to his gaming system and unfortunately the L1 button was not working. He tried multiple games with same outcome. I emailed the company to ask what the process was and after a few emails, ****, gamenetics employee, sent me a label to send the item back. 8/24/24 is when the label was sent to return the controller. Tracking number 9302 2108 9960 0077 6374 29 Ive sent 2 emails in the last week including an inquiry today 9/6/24 asking where my controller is and no response. I have lost faith in this company to do the job right and would like a full refund so my son can find a more reliable company to purchase from.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I sent another email to the company asking when my item will be repaired and shipped as well as requested a tracking number. Only response was shipping this week. Well that was an over a week ago, no item and no tracking available.

    I paid for a product and never received the item or a refund. I have been in communication with the merchant. They provided a tracking number to my bank after I disputed the transaction. The tracking number clearly shows that the label was created, but the item was never shipped. The company is refusing to provide a refund. This item was purchased by my 11 year old son with money that he saved up! This business targets children to purchase their products, then does not follow through. Please help!

    I ordered in Dec and they shipped product around Jan. ****** for a while up until March of this year. Sent them a video of problem. Filled out and RMA, and that was in March 28, 2024. Now it's nearing July and no progress on my repair. I wasn't given a replacement for them not being able to repair product. Worst customer service ever.

    I ordered a gaming controller back in early April for my son as a reward for his good grades. This was all he wanted and he has been waiting patiently for this to come. Well, its now late May, still no controller, and they will not respond to my emails... nor do they have a contact phone number. How convenient. The amount was $150.I also find it interesting that they actually changed their name on their ****** place page to "OC Gaming' in order to conceal their true identity as Gamenetics- clearly the negative reviews were damaging to their business, so they were obviously trying to bury themselves somehow- well I found them and submitted my review. I have disputed this with my bank as well and am awaiting an outcome. As you can see by the multiple negative reviews, this company operates with very little ethic.

    Date of transaction: 8/23/2023 Amount paid: $243.44 Item purchased: Customized Xbox gaming controller Nature of dispute: I purchased this controller as a gift to my nephew and received it in the mail on 9/11/2023. i gifted the controller to my nephew in October 2023, and within a couple of weeks, one of the buttons (right mouse trigger) stopped working and did not achieve the desired actions when pressed. I reached out to the company for resolution via email twice on 11/19/23 and 11/25/23, and received no response. I would like a full refund as the controller was rendered useless and had to be replaced (at my own expense) with a normal Xbox controller so that my nephew could play his games.Order number: 6762

    On 01/02/2024, I purchased (#*****) 2 custom Play Station 5 controllers totaling $426.72. On 02/26/2024, I received my order but it was missing 1 of the controllers. I immediately email the indicated company multiple times and as of today they have failed to respond or even acknowledge my email.
