      For a little background information, I am out of state in *******, the transmission dropped on my car and need to buy a new one. As I do not have a bank here, it has been quite difficult. I finally arranged to have wires sent through my parents. I tried sending them money through both ******** and cash app. And only got about a third of it sent when it started saying that I needed to contact the bank. Which I did and told customer service the amount I needed to send. The first customer service guy messed up the amount. I contacted customer service again, and a different guy told me that I needed an approval. Which made me very upset, I do not need a bank or anyone else telling me that I am allowed to spend my money and how much I am allowed to spend and when. If I need to raise the amount that is my choice. As I'm staying in a hotel due to the vehicle situation, I did not have another 2 days. And the bank would not pay for another two days either. Also I called a branch manager, the branch manager said that she would get in contact with the person doing the approval. And would get back to me. When it came around 4:10 and the banks were almost closing, I called again and she said oh we just got the approval. I hung up. I again tried to send it. It again did not work and told me to contact my bank. I called back the branch manager. She said I don't know why, but let me call this approval person, and I will call you right back. Here it is 5:43 I've left two more messages and have not received a call back. I want my money out of this Bank.

      Customer exceeded fraud alert parameters set to protect our customers. This was explained that it would take 24 hours to clear.  As a result, the Bank overnighted a bank check.
