I urge folks to read reviews across all the internet platforms regarding this business. So many folks including myself have dealt with very unprofessional and unpleasant employees and also the ownership at the Sticked Station In ********* *****. I even saw a yelp review questioning if they were racist. Upon me leaving a 1 star ****** review this business attempted to retaliate by both posting a name of one of their clients in their review response, which for privacy reasons I have since removed my review. I will be reposting it will less detail to prevent the owner from attempting to slander their customers name online. ******************** in ********* ***** has a lot to learn regarding customer service and personal communication skills. To sum things up this business owner **** yelled at my friend after I called on her behalf regarding follow up questions from the inspection that occurred. I can quote my friend it was like he was screaming at you through me and he had never even met you before. Think twice before bringing you vehicle here, consider bringing it to a real mechanic. Consumers beware.

Vehicle failed state inspection standards.  We do thousands of inspections a year and service many happy customers. However, this situation was a typical person upset with our inspection results because the vehicle failed inspection due to lack of thoroughness in completing a standard rear brake job done by another mechanic and not ensuring emergency brake worked.  The person writing this review isnt a customer,  only someone who called on behalf of the customer, and was never physically at the shop during any of the interaction with the actual customer. This person was clearly upset that the vehicle failed and used profound language via the only interaction ownership had which was over the phone calling myself, the owner, f* d*bag. During the phone interaction there was constant repetition of the same thing over and over to hopefully get through to the upset customer, why it failed, have the person that did the work correct it and why we dont do additional diagnostics services without appointment. The actual customer came in for strictly a walk in inspection nothing more, with a full docket at 3:30 we did not have the time to adjust ebrake as the customer claimed thats all that needed to be done. If that was the case, and it was that simple, it shouldve been done to start with. When the schedule was full for rest of day and we didnt do the actual initial repair Im not obligated to fix another persons work without having proper time and man power to do so or without appointment. Hope this adds some clarity to the situation described.

The station was closed at 4:30 when I arrived. No one was there. Its supposed to stay open until 5pm. I went back today and the attendant refused to look at my **** truck because it has some rust on the body which is not a valid reason not to pass my car. Its in great working condition otherwise. The attendant is just lazy and refused to even look at it claiming I wouldnt even know what to look for, its too old. I dont believe you should have this job if you dont know how to inspect a **** truck. He was a jerk.
