    Great prices worst service ever. We purchased our home 1 year ago June 2023. They seeded ( if that is what you want to call it) in NOV and dont understand why it washed out we still have no back yard because they dumped a load of rocks in the middle of it. Just so they could say they tried. Work needed inside doesnt get done unless I send a nasty email. The list goes on

    We seeded project late in year and grass as grown because they have mowed it. They have done nothing to help themselves out with lawn area.  As for washout we attempted but wet spring. Area of washout is on edge of property and not an area they would use for any activity. In their home we have done numerous service calls. We respond every time she sends a message. She gets nasty if the response isn't within minutes. We will continue to respond as needed and when good stretch of weather will repair lawn as needed. Customer alsio needs to realize we didn't build the home and sometimes it takes time for manufacturer to get us appropriate parts.
