I am a Maryland Medspa owner who placed a 8k order weeks ago and have been told some of the equipment parts are not in stock. Nothing has been shipped even though it's been 2 weeks since the purchase l. Unfortunately, I will need to seek legal action to get me money back. This company should not advertise or accept money for products it doesn't have. Warning to other service providere; this is fraudulent behavior

We just got our EMShape Neo-X and tried it out right away. The contractions feel strong and definitely stronger from the other body sculpting equipment we used before. Just wanted to share that I’ve had a really good experience with Rejuva Fresh. I recently placed an order for their EMShape Neo Plus machine, and the customer service has been great throughout. Candy from their team kept in touch during each step, sent over the manual and videos, and helped with getting the logo set up. They also checked with me to confirm the design before starting production. Everything is organized and I’m feeling confident about the purchase. Can’t wait for the machine to arrive.Rejuva Fresh LLC

Rejuva Fresh has a strong reputation and now I can see why. Machine came packed very well in a professional black trunk and they even gave me a call to explain how to unpack it safely. The training was simple to follow and everythings been smooth so far. Ive only been using the EMShape Neo myself for now, but already I feel my core getting stronger and abs looking flatter. The energy is more than I expected and way more powerful than the 4-handle EMSlim I used before. Not using it on clients just yet, but almost ready.Rejuva Fresh LLC

We upgraded to the EMShape Neo Plus and really liking it. The machine looks modern, the technology feels advanced, and it's actually been pretty easy to use. The training helped a lot too, especially with getting comfortable using the settings right away.Rejuva Fresh LLC

5 stars"We got the 18 in 1 hydrafacial and clients keep saying how much they enjoy the treatment and how good their skin feels after. It does feel like a luxury facial but the results go deeper too.Also, their support team at Rejuva Fresh always responds when we reach out, and they actually help, which we appreciate a lot. Both turned profitable pretty quick, unlike some older ones we still making payments on. Results been consistent and qualitys what we were hoping for. 5 starsWhen I first started looking for equipment for my new business, I honestly thought Id have to spend way more or take on some serious debt just to match the quality I was used to at the Med Spa I worked at before. I am so happy I found Rejuva because the machines and support are just like those more expensive brands, but way more reasonable price for someone just getting started.
