    We ordered curbside trash pickup from this company in January . For 2 weeks input trash out and it wasnt picked up( this is a problem considering Im disabled with a spinal cord injury). Called Gregorys and was told we dont do curbside in your town. So we got a 2 yard dumpster. In over 2 months the dumpster has never been emptied. Once it was switched out. We have been billed for 2 months of service that we have not received. I called them today March 30th to find out when they were coming and was told we were there on the 17th. They were not. I have 3 other people that will back up this fact. I asked if a refund would be given and was told they wouldnt be there until March so we would be billed for that month as well. Maybe Im asking too much. There was no apology and just basically I got the vibe that too bad for you youre s*** out of luck.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. They have removed the dumpster, but we were not reimbursed any fee for our troubles
