    ********* is a great ******** ****** never had any real issues with them. The 2 small issues I've had in the past we're quickly resolved. They always very prompt n courteous... I couldn't ask for a better company to do business with

    Awful customer service. Under new, unprofessional, management. I called to rent a dumpster for a kitchen reno job. I was told that I needed a 20 yard dumpster and told it would cost $437.58. There was no mention of a separate "overage" fee. First, the dumpster was much larger than our needs. A smaller, less expensive, dumpster would have been sufficient. Then after it was removed I received a call that I was being charged an additional $51.99 for going over 1 ton. When I spoke with the new owner he was rude, condescending, and very unprofessional. He kept saying that I was told about the possibility of an overage fee, that it was "industry standard" and I should know that, and he had my credit card number and would charge me even if I disagreed with the charge. He also said that "they say the customer is always right, but I don't agree with that". He made no attempts at resolution, rather within minutes of hanging up he charged my credit card the $51.99 without my authorization.
