      llbean still creates a good product but.prices are out of line sizes have changed and have gotten largerwhy did they tell us?they kindly offer a **** return label in product package, but dont label it as ****..why?

      I have now waited five days for my purchase to be fulfilled and shipped, however I am still waiting.I contacted customer service by email, but got the expected generic response, "You will be receiving a shipment notice soon." The item is in stock.Customer service did respond to my concern promptly.

      Supper exspensive I paid 40$ for a plain white shirt for my husband i also paid 15$ my choice to have it shipped faster so we get the shirt in med my husbands size however it was more like a large it swallowed him so I return it they charge me 6.50 for shipping so now I pay 54$ for the total of the shirt and I get 31 back 22$ I lost out on this shirt thats way to much. If they would say on there that they run big so that first time shoppers know then I wouldve known to order a small but it fails to say that so I had no idea and now Im without 22$ I just feel like they robbed me

      I ordered some Men's Pathfinder Ripstop pants and paid for expidited shipping. I called **************** and after hearing that I ordered the wrong size, was transferred to another department. Both ladies I spoke with were very nice and accomodating. I told the last one I spoke with about my issues and asked if they could stop shipping on the first pair and send me the correct size. I was told the pants shipped, but she offered to send out the correct size as well, expidited at no charge. She informed me that when I recieve the pair that are the wrong size to call them to setup a return. I have many other articles of clothing, which are of great quality and they last. I have a goose down vest that I purchased in the 80s which is in great shape for it's age.I will shop with them again.

      They do not stand by their products. I bought a very expensive comforter that no longer, after three years, evenly keep me warm. It has lost feathers. I sent it back and was told they only guarantee their products for a year after being encouraged by a Llbean phone agent to return it. In any case, a company that had great customer service can no longer be relied upon to stand by its products. I went through the inconvenience of mailing it back Llbean be told that by a special returns representative that it looks fine to her. It may look fine, but it doesn't function well to keep us warm. I'm disappointed and would caution others not to buy products that they expect to last for years from this company.

      Upon further investigation and a discussion with the customer, we agreed to issue her a full refund.  A check for $215.10 has been requested. 

      L.L.Bean appreciates her taking the time to contact us and bring this matter to our attention.

      Same story every year. I get an ll bean gift card for Christmas. Try to order winter clothes and everything is out of stock. Sounds like they need to consider increasing their inventory. I'm sure they sell a lot of gift cards at Christmas . You would think they would maintain an inventory to support them. Then again they already have your money, what do they care. No more ll bean gift cards.

      My apologies for not updating sooner.

      On 1/17/24, we spoke with the customer.  We apologized for his experience.

      One of the items he attempted to purchase recently is now available. We offered to assist by overnighting the item to him and placing the second item on a backorder for expected delivery late February.

      Having purchased elsewhere, he refused our offer.
      He thanked us for our efforts and the call.  

      We hope to serve him better in the future.

      I ordered a bag pack for my daughter and less then a year the side pocket for their drink is ripped. LL Bean asked that I have to send it in to have it review if it's a regular wear and tear or it's due to the defect item. This is ridiculous and inconvenient. Their one year guaranteed should be included replacement any defect item. Please take your money else where. Their products are not like the way it used to be. Cheap and will rip less than a year.

      Who ever heard of a duvet cover without shams. Llbean apparently does. Pay $150 for a duvet cover with no shams. Thats a sham. Shame on you guys
