      Terrible. Wyndham should be ashamed for such profound false advertisment. I would love to enclose pictures of the hotel room. This is a refugee, homeless facility first, with the occasional hotel rental as a secondary purpose. My reservation was made via the Wyndham app and I was pleased with the pictures, price and ammenities offered. I stayed at this "hotel" first because of the price and I was fully expecting it to meet at least basic hotel standards as it is endorsed by Wyndham. The room was terrible and other than the paint color and pictures on the wall was completely not what I expected nor was it as advertised. There are people living at the facility! When I would leave my trash outside *************** would rummage through it. The door leading outside that should have been swiped to enter was often propped open so that the residence could stand inside and smoke (it was freezing and snowing during my stay). The parking lot was a death trap and was not maintained. It was full of potholes and was a sheet of ice for most of the days I stayed. During my week long stay I fell on the ice in the parking lot once. There is also no restaurant/bar on site as advertised. No housekeeping was available. I had to buy toilet tissue my last day in town as the front desk was out. I had to go to the front desk every day for fresh towels and washclothes. The room was dusty. The toilet bowel was stained. The shower control was loose and would pull from the wall when turning on. The carpet was stained in several places. There was chipped paint on the walls in my room (executive suite 101). I reached out to Wyndham several times with pictures of the room and my concerns regarding the fact that people actually lived at the facility and was offered points on my Wyndham account and $79 for my troubles. I had put everything I had into going to ***** for training and did not have any money or room on my credit card to even get another hotel. I was stuck. Not even worth 1 star! BEWARE
