      I contacted company to cancel order. I was told it was already shipped and could not be cancelled.The tracking link states it has not shipped. Which leads me to believe I was lied to. I would like the product shipped immediately or my refund immediately. Attached is the email stating it was shipped, the receipt, and the *** tracking site stating it has not shipped as of 3/2/24.

      Attachments are postage paid label showing date of label creation and package shipment, and of refund generated

      I see that you filed a complaint with the BBB claiming issues with your delivery. I also see that in the documentation you submitted, one of the images shows the tracking number that was generated vis the **** when the label was printed and the order was shipped. Those numbers are only generated when the postage is purchased and the label is printed so please be assured that you were not "lied to". The image you included that shows no movement of the package and no expected delivery date is what all items shipped via **** first class mail "flats" show as. The **** does not support tracking of those packages as they fulfill them. It does not mean the package was not shipped. Your package left here, as ordered, 6 days after the order was placed. Attached is a copy of the postage label, dated 02/28/24. I imagine it has already arrived to you at this point. I have gone ahead and refunded your 9.21, please keep the seeds.
