      Last year not a single seed from Pinetree germinated. I think it's actually been that way for years, but I used different nurseries so I didn't realize. They are ultra-cheap, but in return you get nothing that sprouts. I used them for years before that began happening. Now they have lost my order, which I want to cancel after remembering last year's fiascos, and they keep saying they have emailed me, but they I have not received any emails from them. (I did not want to give them any stars).

      Hi ******, We have received and responded to your complaint via ***************** our own email contact and now BBB. As we stated on all those platforms, we are happy to refund you for the seeds and have already done so. We do strict germination testing every year and its incredibly unusual for every single seed to fail unless there are mitigating factors like water or soil temps. We did not lose your order, and in fact sent you several emails confirming your order and the parts you wanted to cancel. I know you said you never received them so we were happy to provide screenshots of our email provider which showed that you did in fact view the correspondence we sent you. We have confirmed the email address several times, resent multiple emails and shared screen shots to provide proof via ******** and email. We have already refunded for the items you requested and are very sorry about your frustrating experience. At this point I am not sure what else we can do to remedy the situation but we appreciate the many channels you have used to assert your dissatisfaction. Take care and goof luck with your future gardening!
