    We appreciate the feedback on all products and services, and apologize first that the product was not what was expected in quality, second for the lack of follow-up response on the part of our **************** team!  No need to return the product, as we understand the nature of the complaint as it applies to the product design.  We have credited the order back in full for the customer in accordance with our return/refund policy.

    I ordered checks and they were incorrect. They are supposed to match my software program but they don't and Checksforless won't get back to me about how they are going to fix the problem. The order is ******* Date: 3/18/24 (it shipped about 2 weeks later)Checks aren't set up for Quickbooks

    We always appreciate any feedback on our products/services!  Our sincere apology for **************** not responding, we absolutely want to make sure all customers have a product that works!  Based on the info provided about the print issue stating that the checks received do match the Intuit/QuickBooks formatting, there is a fairly simple solution.  ******** these checks do require formatting on the part of the customer before using.  In reviewing the attached image, the checks are correct however the printing on these checks has been reduced by the printer to either "fit to page" or a similar setting.  This skews the alignment top to bottom as seen on the sample provided.  If the print setting of "100 %" or "no page scaling" or similar is chosen, this problem should be eliminated, then perhaps only finer one-time adjustments will be needed; QuickBooks will remember the settings for the next checks printed.  The best solution for this is to print with a plain white piece of paper, hold over original, then once all adjustments appear to work, print with real checks!  Please contact **************** if you have further issues with printing and we will gladly assist.  In the meantime, the price for this product has been refunded.

    ***** from Checksforless finally contacted me today regarding the issue. So did the BBB.

    I have to say that I have done the reformatting as explained by the company and it just doesn't work. The lower part of the page is larger and page breaks are all off.

    But, I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. 

    Please advise what the credit amount is.

    I placed an order on March 22nd for business checks. I received and order number which is *******. I have not received my order yet so I attempted to contact this company and none of their links are working, I cannot get to their website and I cannot obtain a working telephone number for them. It is very alarming that they have my bank account information and I cannot make contact with them
