    Wonderful experience. I had to contact customer service a couple times because *** lost our package. The did a reprint of same day production and we received the first 100 of our checks the next day as promised. Great service.

    So I placed an order over a month ago, Called today stayed on hold about to 20 mins to see what's going on with my order, Got the excuse that your company didn't have internet and the lady start laughing when I asked why didn't you guys ship it faster saying that they will go out of business and then hang up on my me what a low class company.

    I now know what the "less" stands for in their name. Less customer service. I placed an order on April 15th with the extra $40.00 "priority mail"... After sending four emails to them I was finally given the response "I do not have an answer on the ship date. I know it's in production." Do not use them if you are looking for a reasonable service. I will never use them again.

    Terrible service. Poor management I placed an order on 4/2/24 and as of 4/16/24 I heard nothing from Checks for less except placing a charge on my business credit card. After calling I was told the delay was due to not having the color of the check paper I ordered. (Standard green) They could not tell me what colors were available, but they would check an call me back. After 1 1/2 days waiting, I received no call, **************** could not say when they would even start production of my order. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Not sure what is going on, but if you need business checks this is NOT the place to order from.***- Upset after a 2 week wait!!!

    There are many who were not pleased with this service. I found it to be very good. I called to follow up and they responded quickly. My checks look good and professional. If you want to get them you will be pleased.**

    very disappointed in this company. I have been a repeat customer untill I got treated so badly. Sent me checks that I could not use because they didnt use correct account number and would not take any accountability for there actions. I will never use this company again and dont recomend this company to anyone

    Horrible company.......They take extremely to long for production on a re-order. Quality on deposit slips are terrible. Came apart immediately and they didn't follow up or answer me when I sent them pictures and emails. No response from them at all! DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. NOT WORTH IT!

    I ordered business checks on 6/30/23. I ordered through this website because it was significantly cheaper than going straight through the bank as the need was immediate. I paid for express delivery. My payment was not processed until 7/7, and as of today, 7/19, I still have yet to receive my checks. I can't run my business this way.

    I am giving 1 star because I can't put zero. Zero is the rating they deserve. Horrible customer service. Horrible communication. Horrible production time. I placed my order on June 25th, today is July 17 and they still haven't shipped the order. I call **************** and representative is unfriendly, and doesn't help at all. This is so frustrating. Any company is better than this one. unfortunately I did not read the reviews before placing my ************* team is the ONLY professional department in this HORRIBLE COMPANY.
