    Purchased a $1500 Guitar and VIP experience. Unfortunately got notified morning of the show that I would not be getting what I paid for, refund in 7-10 days and to enjoy the show. Soundrink did not reply to my email for more details. Worst service I've received. Never purchase from these scammers. If anyone from Soundrink would like to speak to me, Iam on accepting phone calls. I will not answer your emails or replies to this thread.

    We're very sorry about the issue with the guitar.  We had not yet received the guitars from the manufacturer and had to refund you due to this. We are not scammers by any means, we just didn't have the stock to fulfill yet and immediately took down remaining VIPs since Guitars were not showing up until a few days later.

    Wasted $90 for absolutely nothing. 05/11/24 VIP package for In This Moment. Never received an email, no admittance info, nothing. They took my $90 and I got squat. *************

    Purchased tickets for a show and the artist got into a car accident and canceled the rest of the tour. They rescheduled for a date I wouldn't be able to make it which is a allowable reason for a refund on their website. They also set a date for refund requests as 9.7.2023 and I sent them a refund request with my order number FOUR different times and have never received a message or a refund. Why are scammy companies like this allowed to operate!

    Purchased tickets through SoundRink for a show, which were supposed to be delivered to me digitally 3-5 business days before the show. On the day of the show, I still had not received my tickets. I tried to call the company, but it is essentially a dead number. I sent an email, but it was 3 hours until doors opened and I had no tickets. I ended up having to purchase another ticket to the show. They sent me an email following up about an hour before doors opened, saying that they would reach out to the box office... and then magically a minute later my ticket showed ** in my inbox. Quite the quick call/response from the box office if it was actually them who dropped the ball... I asked for a refund because I had to purchase a second ticket, and was basically told to pound salt, and then ignored. I would highly recommend avoiding this absolute disaster of a company at all costs.

    Beware, although selling vip meet and greets, soundrink will not hold themselves responsible for any delay or occurence jeopardizing the meeting of the artists. Client service is limited and hold no accountability.

    Got the *** upgrade for a show in *********** and it was not worth it. I have been to other shows with the upgrade (not dealing with Sound Rink) and they have been great. All my brother and I got was an 11" x 17" signed poster and a shirt that we did not find out until later, fits like a kids shirt. I emailed them and was told that the merch was with the band and they couldn't do anything. They could have at least offered a partial refund since neither of us can wear the shirt. Other *** shows have at least had a ************ or at least a photo op with the band, we got nothing. I would avoid this company at all costs.

    Went to the used concert in ************** last night and was supposed to be meet and greet. They said they would send ** an email days before event to give details and it never happened. So by time we arrived and found the vip area the meet and greet ended. There was no follow up email and no one responded to the previous messages my group had sent! Long story short wr missed the meet and greet ** they did t send ** details and when finally contacted this morning g they said. O refund you had to Reach out to ** like others. Glad to know as a paying customer we have to do the work. Wasn't this supposed to be easy? ** I will never ever again use sound rink Total scam and rude and immediately s*** ** down with we can't help you. BS and we're all giving you one star reviews for unprofessionalism and for wasting hundreds of dollars

    I purchased a VIP package in Jan. '22 for show in May '22. The confirmation email told me that I would receive additional instructions. I waited until about a month before the event to send an email requesting the instructions I'd never been sent. It took a couple days for the response saying additional instructions would be sent 2-3 days before the event. Two days before the event, after hearing nothing, I sent another email requesting further instructions. The reply that I got was received at approximately 2:30 p.m. on the day of the show telling me that the arrival time should be 4:00 p.m. I didn't see that email until after the show as I had given up by that time. We got to the show around 5:00, well before doors. Things were running late and we were actually fortunate to have arrived too late. I was able to speak to the young woman from Sound Rink who was travelling with the band. I would guess that the quality of someone's experience might hinge one the competence of the rep that accompanies the band. We ended up getting our meet and greet with the band. Our meet and greet was just myself and my kid with the band. We had time to ask questions and take a couple photos. At no time did we feel rushed and the band themselves were great. We also got all of the extras and merch that we had paid for. I am a pork chop and paid extra for a X** shirt and I got that too. We were also given our early access (after depositing our extras in the car) and were center stage on the barrier at a GA show. My four star review would be a one if the lack of communication had caused us to miss the meet and greet. I think the quality of your experience is largely dependent on your specific rep and the accommodation of the venue. Caveat emptor and good luck! Sound Rink would really help themselves and their customers by drastically improving very poor communication.

    Sold me a *** upgrade that did NOT come with a ticket to the show. You would think they would give a warning along the lines of "You are purchasing an upgrade without tickets. You will need to purchase a ticket separately for this" as a pop up warning when you make the purchase. I did not realize that what I purchased did not include tickets at the time and the event is now sold out. Ok, fine. Just refund me for the *** upgrades that LITERALLY SERVE NO FUNCTION AT THIS POINT, and I'll be on my way. But no. They will not refund me for a 100% useless thing that they sold me. I'm ok with missing out on the concert due to a misunderstanding on my part, but refusing to give me a refund something that I literally cannot use is absurd.
