    Purchased VIP tickets to iprevail and never got anything for the premium price we paid and they wont refund the money !! No meet and greet no vip items like they said we would get , biggest waste of money

    Hi **** -- thanks for the feedback. We checked and looks like you did receive an email with the *** instructions including the note that all items needed to be picked up at the event. We do state that *** information is sent 2-3 days before the event. If you had not seen the email with the information in your inbox, we could have been contacted before the event just as easily as we were after the event demanding a refund. We were never contacted. If we are not contacted, we do not have any way of knowing that the information was not received. We make ourselves extremely available to assist our customers with support being available 7 days a week. Happy to continue the discussion at ****************************************** thanks!

    Scam artists! I purchased tickets for ***************** 8/6/22. I never received my tickets via email. When I wrote them, the stated they sent them which they did not. They pursued to Blame it on the fact that I have an *** email. They said they are affiliated with Ticketmaster, it was not in my Ticketmaster account either. They are rude and not even professional or efficient with their resolutions. I had to buy tickets via Ticketmaster so I would not miss the concert which was important because I was taking my husband thats a veteran for a surprise for his birthday. I was told that I would be seeking a fruitless endeavor by their customer service if I reported it as fraud to my bank.

    I was charged twice on June 27th, and not of my attempts to reach them have gone through.. I paid $503 for 2 passes, but instead of charging me $503 once, they charged me $503 twice. Now their voicemail is full.
